Since my last review, I've visited three or four times. It's an average Asian cuisine buffet with various selections, including a sushi bar and hibachi grill. Wait times are fast, with plenty of seating. Keep in mind that Sundays can be busy with post-church crowds. The coconut shrimp could use improvement compared to those offered at other Asian cuisines I've visited. The hot tea is good, not too strong. Are they handicapped accessible? I cannot speak for everyone, but I have observed that some people who use wheelchairs or walkers have difficulty navigating around tables. Please plan accordingly. Went over her last Tuesday with my parents, and my cousin was really good. I love to fish that's all I go for a fish I went for the salmon was real good. I had to go back twice as soon as Shrimp, the shrimp was good and some other fried fish was real good french fries. I have mine with french fries and the mussels are cooked. Had to go back twice for that too and also had this other shrimp with the noodles. It was real good I had three sushi and sweet tea. Bathroom is clean going to the bathroom is good. Food was very good; strange that no military discount is offered. We attended via a ministry group from our church.

There was a group of five for dinner. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, even though we could see empty tables. Not a single person left, and we were finally seated. They sat us at a four top even though there were five of us. We asked to move to a six-top that had been empty the entire time we were there and was told that we aren't a party of six - that table is reserved for parties of six. The food on the buffet was average to well below average for a chinese buffet. I was highly disappointed with the hibachi sign on the front of the restaurant. We thought we were going for a dinner and a show at a traditional hibachi restaurant. Nope. There was a guy cooking on a flatrop behind a plexiglass shield. No flavor, no flair, no seasoning. It was so bad, three of us ordered at the same time, and he didn't hand the correct plate to a single person. The only reason for two stars was our server. The buffet is average for a Chinese buffet meaning it has the basic food like most Chinese buffets. I do like the salmon and the sweet and sour chicken. The restaurant is usually pretty clean around the buffet area and the seating areas. Today I was off put due to the fact that right while I was starting to eat the brought in a mop bucket full of Pinesol Cleaner In water. The smell was overpowering and started my sinus running and I became queasy. I asked if it was necessary for them to have that in the dining room right now and was told yes it was. The person at the front desk said there was nothing to do about it. I just paid my tab and left. I think it's rude to spray any chemicals, sweep or mop next to people eating. This is my favorite restraunt in the whole wide world, Ive been going since I was 6-7, I always have the fondest memories here with going to get lunch with my dad after helping him cut lawns every saturday. I've taken every chick I was talking to at the time for the "test" if they like it, if they don't theyre gone. We enjoy coming here for dine in and to go plates. The pricing is good and quality is good as well. They do a great job keeping things fresh and stocked. We've always had pleasant servers when dining in. They keep our drinks full and are kind. We've been in late before as well and the staff had a great attitude. We have ate here in the past and haven't had any issues. We went today and of course we went for dessert after finishing. As we got back to the table with our plates, I had bit into the "strawberry cake" and thought it tasted a bit weird. Turns out the entire bottom and inside of it contained mold. We showed the people up front and all they did was take it, remove what was on the buffet, and replaced it with "fresh" ones. No one apologized or even offered to help in any way. We told the employee checking us out just in case he didn't know and he had a very rude tone, saying "yeah we just replaced it". For a Chinese Buffet, I would say this place is slightly above average. Lots of options, all decent quality. There were not very many good sushi options though. I wish they had more! We did have an attentive server who checked in consistently, and the Hibachi was absolutely delicious! It was seasoned and cooked so well that it didn't need any additional sauce. TL;DR, if you want good sushi, move along. But, if you want good hibachi, this is your place! read more

Giving a 3 star is hard because I actually really like everything about this restaurant as a whole. However, lately I have been having trouble with my vision. It should have been obvious due to our service dog being with us. The Hostess takes us the long way around, in a dimly lit area, to seat us after I told her I need a well light area. They have an all black (or extremely dark brown) pole in the center of this walk way, which I did not see it and I walked right into it smacking my forehead and chest! Dazed I walked around the pole and told the Hostess again that I needed a well lit area. After walking around to other places of this very large place, she asks if the area by kitchen is okay. It was much better lit there so we sat. The irritating part was the Hostess didn't ask if I was alright or if I needed an ice-pack. My husband asked several times, which fell on deaf ears. I told him to stop asking. I wanted to leave, but I didn't push the issue because my husband really likes Chinese food. As we're leaving, I went to restroom to wash my hands. It was very dark in there too. There were multi-colored flashing lights! There were two other women complaining too. Last time we patronized this restaurant the restroom had normal lighting. I have not a clue as to why this establishment thinks it is okay to have the dinning area and restrooms dimly lit. I told another woman that I was glad I was not epileptic. With hitting my head I was feeling as though I would pass out while I was seeing the flashing multi-colored lights! The bottom line is this lighting is NOT GOOD for low vision people, older folks, or people with health conditions. FOOD POISONING. NEVER COMING BACK. I've been here before and it was meh. Came today ate a few bites and it made me sick. Told the manager and he said "Doesnt matter if you only ate one bite you pay for full $10 buffet" Are you fucking joking? unusual business advertises AYCE but has a list of limit on seafood items shrimp, crabs,crawfish and steamed mussells. AYCE but only 2 plates of these seafood and they watch and waitors count how many you eat and report it to the manager who watches you via camers in the ceiling and if you eat to many then they confront you and if to severe will ban you from the place so you cant eat there any more if you really make them mad they will post your photo from the camera on the front wall so my advice is eat here at your own risk if you BREAK THE EATING RULES then you may get banned and picture POSTED ON THE WALL read more

This place was absolutely horrendous. Me and my dad went there and paid $20 just to sample everything. With the exception of the plain-tasting grilled chicken and overpowerful ginger chicken, all of the meat was dry to the point it wasn't the origional color and became chewy the including the meat summerged in sauce. I didn't see any fresh food put out in the half hour we were there. I was so hopeful for Mongolian chicken (dead mission.) The teryaki chicken was made like general tsos and not on a skewer. Barbeque sauce was sparce on the BBQ chicken and the "buffalo wing" was not fried and soaking in some type of red translucent sauce. Some of the food was clearly burnt from being in the buffet warmers. There is no telling if it was even made that day. Nothing tasted good. The eggrolls had corn which wouldn't be entirely awful of they were actually packed with cabbage. Potatoes had potential other than being mushy. I'm not sure if the steamed broccoli was mislabled grilled; but there was a char to it so I hope that was the case. Kimchi was not chopped fine enough. The dumplings were fried like pot stickers, which isn't wrong however there was no boiled wet option. the sweet and sour chicken was so dried you couldn't pick up a piece without the tinged deep brown bottom flaking off. Do not dare try the chicken meatball! The ONLY hot item was the wonton soup. Deserts are worse than the entrees. The cheesecake was curdled and warm on a base dried of dry, dry spongecake. The donut was dry and greasy at the same time and for some reason had low level of sugar deposited. Didn't bother with the one working icecrem machine: I had had enough. Half of the bar looked pudding based, which by the temperature of the cheesecake is a no-go. There were some butter cookies that appeared from a package and that very possibly could have been the best item. The fruit/veggie bar didn't even redeem it The broccoli salad was doused so hard that you couldn't taste the broccoli, the melon was pale, there were fresh bananas sitting in strawberry syrup. And canned peaches and Mandarin oranges were in the same bowl. They did try a lot of creative dishes: pasta salad ect but the actual content of diverse veggies as they come was low. The lettuce looked fresh and crisp and of the correct color. Thank God I am allergic to shellfish or I would have tried that sushi for value first - which noone was eating and who knows how long that was made. (Usually buffets like that will make premium items fresh.) The lomein had poor flavor. I didn't try the rice but if you looked at it, you would not either. The American-styled food may have done you one better but, the world may never know. To my surprise, there were people eating plates and plates of that garbage. I left so hungry, but unable to eat anywhere because of how sick it made me. Save yourself the frustration. There was an awful after taste and it turned my gut. On top of that I ordered water and the cup was clearly dirty. My dad ordered soda which he says tasted like carbonated water with a dash of flavor. But at least there was a straw. The booths are way too close together. I'm a regular sized lady with extra weight as most people come, but it was like playing Tetris to get into the seat and getting out the seat was harder. This is Warner Robins' worst. Feel bad writing this because people: rely on this for a job, or cook, or own the place. However, I am partitioning you not to spend your dollars here. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I have been here once before and it wasn't to bad. This time it was not only bad food but when my fiance ate a couple bites and spit them out the manager made her pay full price because "it's a buffet and the price is the same no matter how little you eat." We both ended up throwing up the meal when we got home. So the first thing that I noticed was the hibachi area smelled like rotten chicken. The sushi smelled like bad shrimp. I watched a server restock the jello, drop a few pieces on the counter and into the pudding and then use the spoon to flip it all back into the rest of the jello. The "steak" has been sitting so long that the meat was dry and you could see the ring in the pan where the sauce or juices had evaporated away at least 3 inches. This spot is in Warner Robins in a neat plaza right across from Go-Go car wash. The all you can eat buffet was my major draw to come here and eat. I decided to eat myself dizzy with the soft shelled crab, which was really good, but you have to be on the lookout when they refill the seafood because there's a gluttonous mad rush to get the "fresh" seafood right out of the kitchen. Other highlights are the combination of seafood, Asian and traditional southern cuisine that's available. If you like fried fish and dessert, Hibatchi delivers fairly well on those items as well. I would recommend this to people in the area, mainly because the options in Warner Robins aren't extensive, but there are some hidden gems. read more

On the plus side of eating here, I did not leave feeling way too full as one typically does after visiting a buffet, but that's only because I didn't find anything appealing enough to go back for more of. I usually get a sample plate of what I feel I might enjoy, and then go back and get more of what I enjoyed, but I was doing more enduring than enjoying with what I chose. I got excited when I saw the macaroni salad at the salad bar because it looked just like how my mom used to make it. It was quite literally, over boiled macaroni and watered down mayonnaise. They must have forgotten an ingredient, or 5, because I don't feel like it tasted anything like it was supposed to. The rice and noodles were OK, but not good enough to get more than what I sampled as a small portion, and would rather spend my calorie allowance for the day on something more worthwhile. The chocolate pudding was probably the best item I tried here. That would have been awesome if I was craving chocolate pudding instead of good Chinese food. They do not serve wine, beer or any alcohol products here, and have Pepsi products instead of Coke products. PEPSI. INSTEAD OF COKE! AT A CHINESE FOOD BUFFET!!! Ate with friends after church on Sunday. This buffet is one of the better buffets I've eaten at here in Warner robins. A lot of selections and dishes. Though the name of the restaurant is "Hibachi Grill Buffet" I would say its more Chinese than Japanese from the dishes served. The good is pretty good, most of it was fresh and delicious. The meat, however, was rather dry and chewy, and kinda oily, other than that, the other dishes were very good. I was excited to see my bill to be only $10, a pretty good lunch special deal. After I was done eating and headed back home, I started to feel exhausted and fell asleep, I woke up very dehydrated even though I drank a lot of water which makes me suspect there is MSG in the food, yuck! read more

We have been away from this place since Covid began. We had lunch there for the first time in months and although I had my salad, I also noticed a few people not using disposable gloves and touching the serving tongs and ladles. Don't know what these people touched before coming into the restaurant, but seeing this caused me to lose my appetite. The restaurant supervisor said using disposable gloves is not mandatory, only encouraged as per the county health department. Because of this attitude my wife and I will NOT come back. People don't realize that Covid cases are increasing in the county. This Lackadaiscal attitude is only going to cause more health issues, especially as the flu season is upon us. We came here for the first time today, upon arriving we noticed the place was very clean the food looked wonderful,and was all arranged very neatly and very clean and all looked really good! The service was wonderful everybody was very friendly it was a very very reasonable price for lunch! I would have paid more at a fast food place! But instead I got better food. The restrooms were extremely clean as well which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this place the food is wonderful! This place has really went down. They have shut off one side of the seating area and are not practicing social distances and allows people to serve themselves without mask. Decent food for the price but be prepared for the high-colonic that will follow shortly thereafter. Cross contamination of raw foods on the hibachi line when they're cooking your meal and that's not even the worst of it. Went there today and when I ordered water, the server told me there was a problem with the line and didn't go into much detail. Found out on the way out the door that there was NO, I repeat, NO running water due to a damaged city water line. No water? How is the staff washing their hands after using the restroom? A responsible restaurant owner would've immediately shut down to avoid and potential illness that could occur due to employees not being able to wash up. Hand sanitizer will only get you so far. I guess they're too greedy to think about the health and welfare of the people eating there. Solid Chinese food buffet. Lots of options including sushi, Mongolian bbq, seafood options including crab legs, standard Chinese menu, salad bar, American food and lots of desserts. The sautéed string beans are really good as well as the ginger chicken and ribs. If your looking to be stuffed full this is the place.
