I discovered Uncle Ming's Chinese Restaurant 12 years ago when I was craving food, and was in no condition to drive for various reasons. I found a flyer in the living room of my old family cottage for Ming's and gave him a call for some delivery! I placed my order, and 30 minutes later Ming appeared at my door with the very food I ordered! Sadly, I neglected to tell Ming that I only had visa on me, but he didn't care. He told me to come back the next day with my card to pay for the meal. REALLY?!?!?! People this trusting still exist?!? I was in shock! So, we chowed down with delight, and 12 hours later paid for our meal. 12 years later, I still make trips to Ming's on my way into Collingwood to pick up food on my way in, and a few days later on my way back to Toronto. Ming and Monica always welcome their patrons with a big smile and make you feel right at home. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family who head up to Wasaga or Collingwood.
