We purchased high quality carpeting from another store about 12 years ago. It was in excellent condition but recently developed a bump down the length of the middle, so we needed it restretched. The original store said they would not do it after five years from purchase date because it could tear and, in any event, would not last. Julio was highly recommended by a neighbor. This is an overdue review. I got the carpet replaced in Linden NJ in January 2021 from 99 Carpets for 2 bedrooms upstairs and the stairway.
