This is for a number of reasons…read more.. installation, customer service, and down right taking responsibility for fixing work done by the company. Aleman had installed flooring in the laundrymat. Over the course of the next year we noticed the flooring is separating and it has ridges forming on the flooring. We called them and they sent out a person to inspect the flooring. this person said the flooring was improperly installed and needed to be replaced completely, it was beyond repair. We were told they should have put down a layer of cement to cover the old tile grout lines before installing a new floor. With hearing this we called the store. Chris the owner said he bought the store over a year ago and is not responsible for anything done previously before he purchased the company and we would have to contact the old owner. Three weeks have gone by and Chris still hasn't done anything and we haven't heard from the old owner. When I asked for the old owners contact info I was told by Chris the number would just direct me right to the store. So basically no one wants to warranty the installation or the product. Don't use this company if you are looking to get flooring done. I feel cheated by this company.

I left concerns daily for his 2 workers and some were addressed and never told to Paul. Flooring came out good. Several holes where put in the walls when taking off the molding & it was my responsibility to fix per the worker. Spots in the floor that were suppose to be a repair upstairs that they didn't repair and now I feel it when we walk in the bedroom. The repair they did in the living room they used molding to patch the floor after cutting it out. Railing Posts don't fully touch the base plate.. Alot of chips in the wood. Constantly left my front door wide open after telling them we have a wasp nest outside & the AC is one we needed to keep the door closed. They didn't listen at all. My dad complained to the owner when he came to get final payment and my dad expressed all concerns, he has not reached out to me ONCE TO FIX! I'm so upset because I trusted him to work on my new home (first time home buyer). I had this work done the first week of July, and since then NOT ONCE has Paul reached out to contact me to fix the mistakes. I had 4 other people that I was going to refer him to and I will not do that now.

The salesman this time around, Gary, has been awesome. Knowledgeable, personable, and hilarious. Problem is you can't see the rug after they clean it because they wrap it up in paper. Maybe have it inspected before they wrap it up.
