Melissa was incredibly helpful with all of the co-op paperwork, which I especially appreciated since this was my first co-op renovation. Angelo was on time for the estimate and helped me work through different options and narrow down the right LVT samples. Dave was outstanding from early talks to managing the day-to-day work - he was communicative, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. He also helped select a stain that blended beautifully with the existing floors. All of the work crews were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Updating review from 5 to 1 stars…read more The floors were done good. However when we moved, we realized that the work had left sand everywhere. The workers didn't make an effort to vaccum the sand. Our newly painted apartment destroyed. They also messed up all our molding and stain is everywhere. I initially gave a 5 star review for bang for buck. But now the value is gone considering we we will have to fix so much. You get what you pay for I guess.!
