Thats when I said something to the manager who previously followed me around the store before and I felt like she was accusing me of stealing when I never stole anything I ask her to give me the number for corporate and she became upset she she said that she was going to call the police on me. I told her what the police gonna do to me then she said what are they gonna do to me.I told her they're not gonna do anything to me because I'm not in here stealing. I told her that she needed to address her worker. Who followed me around in the store when she have One employee working the register when it's a long line about at least 10 people. I was really upset that I spent my money in the store that I was accused of stealing when I never stole anything I need someone to reach out to me as soon as possible the manager told me her name was Janet however I could barely understand her English so I'm not sure if that was really her name. She also have her daughter working with her in the store when I feel like if you are a supervisor or manager why do you have your daughter standing next to you why you han transactions with customers, that's very unprofessional. I enjoy shopping at the store in mesquite Texas but today will be my last day that I ever come back to this 99 Cents store because I definitely felt racial profile I feel as if she was accusing me of stealing when I have never stole anything out of the store I carry a big MCM bag on me which I guess she assumed that I stealing with my big bag however that's not the truth she needs to be trained furthermore she don't need to work for the store if she's going to discriminate against African-Americans. THIS happened at store 2876 Mesquite Texas THE MANAGER Also told me she was not going to service me with my attitude. She was going to write down the number to Corporate then she changed her mind! As, I walked up, I saw a few bins that were not in good condition with picked over items.It gave the appearance of Garage Sale or someone's unkept closet. Lol. I noticed the store had an assortment of products, a large clearance section and one very nice employee. It looked, like he was all by himself. While there's a lot of merch it was a little unkept and the floors were worn. I walked away with some cheap Allergy meds for $1.00 and a Divided Lid Snack Box for 1.00. They had a few colors but, the name of the item was misleading. I thought, it would section off my food but, it does not. There's two sections where you can lift the lid. Basically, the store is just like a dollar store (which is no longer a dollar) but a lot more expensive. Prices start at $5 and go up. We saw a float for the pool priced at $25. I went to Amazon and found something similar for much less. So I am not impressed by supposed savings. The store itself was the usual chaos and mess that you find in a dollar store. And of course, there was only one cashier who was overwhelmed and had no time to clean up the aisles. I won't say that I would never return because who knows what the kid may want in the future, but for me, I am not in a hurry to return.

My fragrance hunting took me to a new Burlington in Dallas this time. This location is smaller than…read moresome of the others I visited, but it was well stocked for the holidays. I found a few hidden treasures in their fragrance section, and they even had a table set up with gift sets. I scored some Ellis Brooklyn body mists at an excellent price on this visit. They were clearly prepared for the holiday rush, and they had multiple cashiers open so the wait time in line wasn't too bad. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I'm glad I stopped in. The selection was decent, on the store felt far less chaotic and messy than other locations I've visited. So another Burlington checked off my list. I'm on a mission to visit everyone in the metroplex.

Costco Tire: Habit for tire center techs to push driver…read moreseat backwards so they can fit in the car . Ha - big boys, lean way back and damage everything behind the front seat. This happened 2 times in one week. I have learned that these young employees don't think about what they could be damaging behind the driver seat when they jump in and push the seat backwards. Its obvious they can tell they damaged something- it is too obvious but they don't report it. This becomes a management issue. Lack of training, lack of coaching,lack of reminding , lack of attention, lack of caring, lack of customer service. Should be zero stars for the employee that did not report the damage. The whole tire Center gets a 2. Managers get a 1 star.

Once he was finished I was informed that the wait on the rotation would be one hour and a half which would put be at 11:45-13:15 hours in this store. I said ok with the wait just because it is Costco (a place that has a lot of things to look at). Well an hour and a half later I am still in the store waiting! So what do I do? I get some lunch! A slice of greasy cheese pizza with a soggy bottom crust for $2 and a coke for 79cents! Thank you Coke you saved my lunch from being totally awful with that pizza! If the crust was firmer and there were some red pepper flakes it would have been a fairly ok lunch. I bought some items I needed and some items I just wanted to try. I got some kimchi pancakes that I hope will be delicious! The store was nice and clean with no funky ordors! Thank goodness for that! I fine in my older years my nose can not tolerate foul odors in retail stores! It should smell pleasant while you are shopping! There should also be nice music for a good listening ear to enjoy!
