They had a $9 candle sale not long ago. I got a few here. My favorite is the lemon zest sugar one they have. It's a really nice candle. The people working here are polite and nice. I always feel I get a deal when I come here to scope out what they have. read more

If it were Bad & Bunny then Becky G might be here and that would be hot, unless you're an old man in which case you'll just end up with no dinero, and being driven loca. This is the Bath & Body over at Mockingbird and it's one of the best locations we've been to with some of the friendliest staff out of all of the Bath & Body locations. Plus Barbie was looking particularly spectacular today. She bought a bunch of stuff from here even though they didn't have some of the things she wanted. The displays were pretty impressive and well put together, and the store is one of the smaller ones, but really pretty - it's still a very cool store right next to Victoria's Secret which is another small location, and I think both stores have the same ownership Group which is why you often see them together. read more

This place will overwhelm your senses when you first walk in. So much to smell. I like how they sell their regular scents like sweet pea or cucumber melon on an ongoing basis. But rotate holiday scents like the jinglebell-tini during xmas. Seems there is always a sale or always coupons around. I took advantage of the buy 3 get three free sale when I stopped in on Friday that includes lotion, bath gel and body sprays. I also bought a few other random presents like some hand soap and some moisturizing socks. Perfect little stocking stuffers. read more

Bath & Body Works is located in Mockingbird Station in between Victoria Secret and Starbucks. I came here on Black Friday morning with my mom and my sister. This was one of our first stops. Luckily, we were able to find a convenient parking spot right out front, but if all of the spaces are taken, make sure to take advantage of the large parking garages located nearby. There were plenty of sales going on with delicious smelling soaps, lotions and such. The sales team was helpful and friendly. However, because it was Black Friday, they moved some of their items to storage to make room for sale items, so my mom was unable to purchase the fragrance she wanted. All in all, this is a great location and it was a good experience. I will be back! read more

We just moved to Dallas from Houston and I ordered way too many hand sanitizers during covid-19 so I finally was able to go to a store once they opened. I walked in with a small Nordstrom bag and my packaged return. One of the sales ladies asked me if I was there to do a return or exchange and I told her yes. She said right now they were not doing returns or exchanges and then said I needed to quickly leave the store and take that bag out of there. Seriously! Did she think the bag had the virus on it because if that's the case then all of my clothes and my purse must be infected as well. Needless to say I will NEVER return back to this store again. Completely rude! Houston stores have a much better employee base than Dallas...at least comparing it to this one location. I'll definitely try another location next time. read more

I have never been to this location before but I was running errands in mockingbird station so I stopped in. The ABSOLUTE BEST sales associate that I have ever had in Bath and body works helped me today. I feel absolutely awful not remembering her name and my receipt doesn't say what her name is :( I was in search for very specific scents in the wallflowers and one of them they don't make anymore but she was able to give me a very comparable option(she knew every scent in the store very well). My second scent they didn't have out on display yet and she went in the back of the boxes of their shipment and dig through them to get me 3 wallflowers. Something most sales associates would lie about to not have to go through a shipment. I went to 5 stores in Mockingbird station today (one being absolutely the worst experience of my life) and this is the only one that I will ever revisit! read more

Out of the 3 BBW I regularly visit (Galleria, Mockingbird, Northpark), this is probably my 2nd favorite. It's really good during sales because Galleria and Northpark are way too busy. I've also never had an issue with parking here but that is also because I'm usually during non peak hours. One of the manager ladies that works in the mornings is very nice and helpful. I have been to this location multiple times, and I am less than impressed. First, this location seems to have a much more limited selection than the Bath & Body Works less than two miles away at North Park Mall. It almost looks like a going out of business sale when I walk in, the store is so empty. Second, there is always a long line at the registers, with only one cashier working. It took me 20 minutes to check out yesterday after getting in the line. There was ONE lady working two separate registers at the same time with a different customer on each. She looked very frazzled and I felt bad for her. Meanwhile, there are 2-3 associates walking around asking people on the product floor if they need help with their purchases. Why not shift an extra associate to the registers when the lines are long? Doesn't make any sense. I will no longer be shopping at this location. Save yourself the trouble and shop at the North Park Mall location. read more

I had a coupon form something for free so this drew me in. I like the store...clean, friendly staff, well stocked...but I hate the location. If you don't mind mockingbird station then you'll probably love this place but find it really inconvenient for a quick stop due to parking. There is very limited parking right near the store and everything else is valet and through a parking garage. They also have the holiday scents in and the store smells amazing (: With their coupons and store deals (right now buy 3, get 2 free) I find them pretty reasonable for body products and their selection of scents is unlike anything you find elsewhere. read more

This is the BEST location I have been to when it comes to customer service. Today I came in looking for a seasonal candle they were out of, but the very friendly staff was able to help me find another similar scent that my very picky roommate would also love. Today I was helped by the lovely and friendly Sharika and the very knowledgeable and sweet Nadia! Definitely give them a visit if you are looking for something specific! They both know so much about the scent notes of each of the seasonal scents, and really go above and beyond for customers, willing to call other stores for inventory checks and walking my indecisive self around the store looking for the perfect scent for my home. I used to love coming to this location until in came the pushiest sales associate, Angela. I get it. You're in sales. Let us know the deals, but for goodness sakes, back up off me if I decide not to purchase a candle I don't care for. This instance was probably my worst experience here. Angela checked me out and asked for my phone #. I gave it to her. She asked for my email. I said I prefer not to give it. She comes back and tells me I just used an emailed coupon. What does that have to do with me not wanting to give my email? It doesn't. She proceeds to tell me I have to provide it next time. I don't have to provide anything. Nice pushy sales tactic. Additionally, there won't be a next time. I prefer to shop in peace and not be hustled over soaps and candles. read more

Although I'm not a regular shopper at Bath & Body Works, the few times that I have been in I am always very impressed with the cleanliness and service here. The staff is very friendly, if not a little overly friendly and really make you feel like you are part of the crowd while shopping. I am always offered coupons, smiles and suggestions. I've gone to the north park mall store twice and twice I had the worst experience. Then I found this BBW. Oh my what a difference!!! Everyone here is friendly, they don't bug you incessantly (I have my headphones on) . The people at this location are really genuinely nice...it's a little out of my way but whatever.
