Okay so ya girl loves a good buy. In fact, I LOVE a good buy!…read moreFirst glance this place looks like any other discounted "hole in the wall" store.. but in my opinion it wasn't! I felt like I hit the jackpot. The shein Ts you find for $3-$5 was sold here for$1.99!! They have shoes, dresses, pants, Ts.. everything. Highly recommended hidden discount shop. LOVE!

horrible customer service. I wish I could rate this as ZERO!…read moreI was told there is a 24 hour warranty, but it's a scam because when I tried to return a space heater I purchased that was very weak in blowing heat, they refused to take it back; they said that as long as it turns on that the item does not qualify for a refund. This is the location on Westheimer- Also, I noticed that this location only allows Hispanics the opportunity to use the restroom. I had another issue with this store on Northside. The manager and cashier gave very bad customer service.. I had just purchased a jacket-that was a gift, when I realised the tag was missing. I asked to exchange it for one with a tag and the manager was very rude! Eventually, I was given the item with the tag, however, their attitude was quite demeaning. It was as though they felt they were doing me a favor- I WAS STILL AT THE CHECK OUT REGISTER AS THOUGH ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING!!! This location refused to give me their names or the area manager's contact information...I'm still upset and I'm hoping to hear from the area manager for both location, hopefully through this platform.

Their prices were inline with other western stores around the area. The store had a lot of boots, hats, and clothes. They also offer customizable options for their hats, which can be done in the store. I ended up buying a brown felt hat and have received a lot of compliments. The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't honor the discount their own website posted. I was told it was no longer valid. I just checked their website 2/24/25 and it's still saying their entire store has a 20% Rodeo Season discount. So either they decided to take advantage of me or they just didn't want to honor their discount.

Came here to get some boots for my son and his friend after seeing the place while driving by. Not just that but I had looked at Boot Barn a few weeks ago and the quality of leather and boot here surpasses Boot Barn. My son and his friend's boots are a combo of cow leather and ostrich and they are taller and look really nice. They are also higher quality leather and I am almost sure we will be wearing these next year or at least into winter. Didn't get a chance to look at the adult stuff but the store was extremely well stocked with everything and they had sales galore. (My husband does leatherwork on the side and I had him take a look at the boots and he commented on the high quality leather and high quality stitching. Mexican leather and boot makers got it going on)

This is an interesting thrift store. Let me start by saying I've not yet taken time to browse…read morethrough their clothing so I can't speak to that but I do believe the sales that are advertised are for clothing as those are the different colored tickets whereas home goods and other things get written on with an oil pen so there is no color differentiation. I've been here 3-4 times now. As with all thrift stores the pricing can be hit or miss. I've been able to find a variety of interesting things for my home for a great price but have also looked at unbranded, generic glasswares that are priced at $10 ish for seemingly no reason at all. Some of their vases for instance are very basic and priced high. One thing about this thrift though is if you see anything that's out of the ordinary with pricing, their website gives you the ability to reach out about that so it can be addressed. All 3-4 times I've been, I left with a bag so I do believe there is a lot to be found. When I was reading on this thrift, it seems they get their donations from purchasing their inventory. They also appear to help lots of different causes. It feels like a treasure hunt but I can see where it can be overwhelming for some as it is densely packed with many many things. If you want to browse, I really recommend you visit. It's a lot to dig through and I find it to be fun and relaxing.
