Planned multiple times for company to drop off at my work. Several no calls and no shows when we planned on getting my vehicle back. Always an excuse. Yes, the vehicle is clean and neat. He did a good job on that. Yes the owner is very nice. We spoke on the phone several times before the job. He offered to do my next vehicle for free. Even if it was free I wouldn't go through all the hassle again. I hate to leave a bad review for someone but want to set the expectations of what the next customer may run into. I would also recommend removing the word "Mobile" from company name, as it is deceiving to customers.

A car hitting mine through the wash should not be brushed off and should not be an often occurrence. Incident reported and form filled out and was assured check would arrive in couple weeks. However, no one contacted me, called customer service everyday x2 for 2-3 weeks and never got a call back, stopped by and "form was lost" - what a coincidence. Another form filled out and have checked in to see what is going to be done - no one will return my call or help. It has been 2 months since the incident and still have no answer or check. DO NOT WASTE TIME AT THIS CARWASH. OVERPRICED. POORLY MANAGED. INCIDENTS OCCUR AND NO ONE CARES.

I brought my 2011 Honda Element to South Willow Auto Clinic to have them install new headlight…read moreassemblies that had oxidized horribly. I brought them the OEM parts to use, but the bracket on one assembly was broken. I tried reaching out to the online parts dealer to get a replacement sent overnight, but they couldn't get it to me that quick. Since the car's bumper had been removed for the install, I didn't want to have the bumper re-installed a second time. I called the local Honda dealership to get the OEM part, but they couldn't promise it to me for 3 to 4 days. Stacy @ South Willow Auto Clinic called the dealership on my behalf, and got them to get it the very next day. While the dealer's price was more than I paid online, being able to get the part so quickly avoided me having to have the bumper removed/replaced a second time. Stacy also charged me the same amount for the dealer's part. He was truly a life-saver. I am so pleased with the remarkable customer service and help provided by Stacy. I will definitely bring my vehicles to South Willow Auto Clinic in the future. I highly recommend them.

The last time I went there for something last year, I gave him a list of 3 things to check for me, one of which was my car making a grinding noise. He tried to tell me I never mentioned it. The owner went for a ride with me, heard the noise, and had a mechanic take care of it. Today, I had a brake light problem that I've never encountered before, so I reluctantly called them and got this mechanic on the phone. He did correctly diagnose the problem, but as I was talking to him, unsure if I was looking at a grommet that he was telling me about, he said I wasn't letting him talk and hung up on me! It is the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. There is another garage 20 minutes away who told me to bring my car in and they'd take care of it. The fix took 2 minutes and he didn't charge me at all. It may be farther away but I will NEVER go to Gil Automotive again. Their customer service is abysmal.
