Costa Rica itself was absolutely beautiful, and the itinerary included some great destinations like Arenal, Tamarindo, Monteverde, and San José. Once everything was in place, the trip itself was very enjoyable and memorable. We did experience some challenges leading up to and during the trip, particularly with communication and some logistical issues around accommodations and reimbursements. That part of the process was stressful, and communication at times was more difficult than we would have liked. That said, I do want to acknowledge that Cody genuinely tried his best throughout the process, and once Danielle became involved, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. Danielle ultimately sorted out the reimbursement issue, followed through on what was promised, and helped bring the situation to a fair resolution. We truly appreciated her stepping in and taking the time to resolve things properly. While the communication could have been smoother overall, we're grateful that Travel by Jen stood by their commitment in the end. The rest of our trip went very well, and Costa Rica was an amazing destination. Thank you to Cody and especially Danielle for ensuring the issue was resolved.

I booked and paid in full on September 22, 2025 for a Costa Rica trip for four people, including two ocean-view rooms at Hotel Costa Verde. When I arrived in Costa Rica on November 22, 2025, the hotel informed me at the front desk that no reservation existed under my name. The hotel explained that my reservation had been cancelled due to non-payment by Travel by Jen, despite the fact that I had already paid the agency in full. As a result, the two ocean-view rooms I reserved were no longer available, and I was forced to pay out of pocket upon arrival--a very unpleasant way to start a vacation. The front desk staff also stated that they have ongoing issues with Travel by Jen related to non-payment and indicated the agency allegedly owed "tens of thousands of dollars." Based on my experience, once Travel by Jen has your money, they are extremely difficult to deal with, and their failure to pay vendors can directly impact travelers. I strongly recommend exercising caution before booking with this agency.

They are super easy to use, very helpful if any trouble arise and a great value!!! During one of our trips, a flight was cancelled and they reached out immediately to get us re-booked and told us if we had any costs because of it to use our trip insurance(which we had) would reimburse us and they did! The packages are pretty fantastic! In Iceland we did so many adventures that we may not have booked on our own. They make it so easy to see so much, if you want, or not!!! The cost for our trip was unbelievable for all of the tours, transportation, etc. AMAZING customer service. You would be a fool to not use them!

After interviewing a few party planners, we selected Regal and did not regret it. My wife can give her review, but from my point of view, Regal allowed my wife and family to enjoy the planning process, as we were not stressing about all the specific details. My wife provided Pam and her team with a vision, and they exceeded our expectations. It impressed me how her team transformed a large empty white space into a Great Gatsby-themed event. [See pics] The entire process was turnkey. Regal used an event planning tool where we had a client portal. All event details and communication were handled there. I could make payments and receive reminders quickly. I acknowledge that emails, meetings, texts, and phone calls happened during the planning process, but it felt good for my family to show up 1 hour before the event and not have to worry about anything. In the past, we would have been running around for last-minute things. Finally, it was nice to pack up a few to-go plates and go home as Pam and her team handled the breakdown. Regal strives to go above and beyond; therefore, feedback-wise, I recommend they offer themed to-go bags and plastic containers for guests packing up food at the end of the night. The package is based on plate settings, but we could have used to-go containers for the dancers and other guests coming in and out. We would work with Regal again and recommend them to others. They found a way to make me party fun and covid19 safe. I walked into my small, socially distant party with noting but joy in my heart.
