The store always is a very small space for a bunch of items so it is hard to maneuver through the shelves. But all the shelves were well organized. Found exactly what we were looking for. The female employee whom was working helped us out tremendously. Very sweet and very polite. The male employee never said a word to us. Store was clean, just small. But got what we needed and fast.

So we purchased the one and on the way out the door, he saw another one he liked.. There was not a sign that said buy one get one 50 off.. So he said I don't think this is part of the deal they have. I said, I will ask.. Well, it was part of the deal, but the manager said that since I had already purchased my shirt that Hot Topic's policy was the deal was no longer any good... So I said, well give me a refund and I will turn around and buy both shirts and the manager said she could not do that.. I was furious, I told her that's the craziest thing I have ever heard, she again said that's Hot Topic's policy.. I said okay, I will walk around the mall for a couple of hours and then come back and purchase the shirts and her answer to me was "I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU"!! Never again will I go to ANY of these stores.. Although, I truly believe that the Manager was just being super lazy!!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! This location needs an inspection,…read morenew staff, and management! There were exposed, used, open disposable panty you get inside the fitting room on the counters outside on the sale floor! How disgusting. Very unsanitary. Not only that, when I pull out their different size drawers of panties on the sale floor, I was horrified by how disorganized and messy everything is. There were mounds of mixed, messy, unfolded twine up panties that looked like a pile of dirty laundry. I couldn't even close the drawers with these mounds. No staff were working or walking around folding anything. It made me uncertain if any of the garments in this store were clean and up to standards at all. The negect was outrageous. It was a nightmare and frustrating to shop here. No staff was working the fitting room, and no staff to be found to ask for help. My husband and I had to go knock on there backroom door where they all hang out to get a staff to come out to help. When my husband found a manager to help us, she said "oh I'm on break." and would not go out of her way to get a staff to assist us since she is so "busy. " The laziness and lack of care really show. Inside the fitting room, it was a mess. The rooms were torn up, brown stains on the walls, which I don't even want to know what it could be. Don't bother using the screen for assistance. No one will come! After 5 attempts, I gave up. If it was a Black Friday day with this kind of mess and service, I can somewhat understand, but this is not. Don't come here and expect to get any kind of decent service. Worst location I have ever been to. They made this location feel cheap the least to say.

He did such a great job of attentively helping us while also helping others...that's pretty rare. A couple of times when we needed something while he was with another customer, the other sales associate (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately) was just as helpful and friendly (also juggling multiple customers). James did a great job of assessing our needs & preferences and recommending just the right pieces. He and the gal working knew the store's inventory, where to find it, and offered to special order any size they didn't have in stock. Needless to say, we left with a full bag of new treasures! We will definitely be back. (James was also knowledgeable about the general area, giving us great restaurant recommendations! :)
