Why did your driver shove the other person's bumper into the back seat of MY car, ripping and staining the interior? Why did you not respond to one single inquiry that I made online, since all I was trying to do was locate my car? All of these questions land on one answer, because you had the intent to sell my car, you are thieves. I may have been in an accident, and had I not smacked my head, I would not have let my car be towed by you, not when I have my own roadside assistance. But as soon as your driver saw that I started AND drove my car to the other side of the freeway, he stopped answering questions and providing me with information (like where it was going, it's on the slip was his answer, no surprise, it wasn't) because he, like you, knew that it would get maximum $ at auction. Hence the fast lien(in case I was able to get the car, you get to charge for that) and, wait for it, a SECOND charge for the filing for a lien. This company is ran by and staffed with half-wits and thieves at best. I know my next move, but I hope you get so much more than you deserve. You may tell yourselves that you're not that bad, good even. But deep down, you know what you all are, and what you all deserve. I just hope that I have the opportunity to give you some of it.

And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . Make an appt and get your car back the same day usually unless you have something like a major rebuild. Credit cards accepted. They'll even give you a ride home locally after you drop off your car. Alexis called me from the company's business number about a personal matter completely unrelated to towing. She screamed at me and questioned why I knew one of the company's tow truck drivers outside of the services he had performed for me. I later learned Alexis is both the driver's former girlfriend and his supervisor. I find it wildly inappropriate that my customer information was apparently used to contact me through the business over a personal issue involving her ex-boyfriend. I originally met this driver through the company and had hired and paid them for towing services on multiple occasions. The situation became inappropriate enough that I ultimately sent a cease-and-desist notice concerning the conduct and false claims being circulated about my private life. Afterward, I looked through the company's reviews and counted more than 20 negative reviews concerning the receptionist/front-desk staff, repeatedly describing rude, argumentative, disrespectful, or unprofessional interactions. After my experience, I understand why. My complaint is not about the tow drivers or the towing services. It is about an office manager using her position and access to a customer's information to involve that customer in a personal dispute. That crossed a professional boundary. I will take my future towing business elsewhere.
