He was on time, friendly, helpful and was in and out so quick I was amazed. I was thinking of renting a carpet cleaning machine - OMG - never will I think of that as an option. The price was very reasonable and when I think of how much work it would have been for me to do it I shudder :-) Considering their price and the amount it would have cost me to rent a machine and buy the liquids, and the sore back I would have had after cleaning all those rugs, and then clean the machine and take it back - eek! There is no reason to do that when it is so easy and fast to call A1 Carpet Masters! I highly recommend them. read more

I had 4 Antique Persian rugs that badly needed cleaning. Tye contacted me and we set up a job. The day he was coming he constantly texted me to keep me updated as to his arrival time. Because of an unexpected difficult job he ended up arriving late to my house... but he had kept me informed..Tye was fantastic! now was raining and very late, he offered to take the rugs home and clean them thoroughly for me. He took an additional rug to clean... free of charge ...he brought everything back today and did an incredible job! Tye is hard working, honest and a pleasure to work with. I called in a panic this morning. My dog had an accident....need I say more. And, on my brand new white carpet. Paul was at my house within 3 hours and done cleaning my whole house in 1 hour(I decided to go ahead and have him do the whole house since he was here). He took the time to be compassionate and informational about my situation and was cautious about promising he could make it all better, but delivered higher results than we both anticipated. Ty was out at our place this morning and we were extremely pleased with his service. He was very helpful in getting a moldy smell out of our old area rugs (had been in storage forever). He was also very flexible, even agreeing to clean our bedroom carpet at the last minute although we hadn't scheduled it... And the total cost turned out to be even less than we were quoted, which I already thought was quite reasonable. They were very polite and professional both on the phone and in person. My home is 27 years old with the original carpets. I have had numerous Carpet Cleaners throughout the years and no one has ever done as great a job as A-1 Carpet Masters. Tye was very professional, provided me a prior quote on the phone and it was literally the same quote when he measured the areas to be cleaned. Liam came out yesterday and got the SKUNK SMELL out of our carpets. He did a fine job and was efficient and unobtrusive. Although they were not able to come immediately as I, of course wished, they scheduled me in quickly and now our house smells great. If your dog get skunked and comes inside and rubs all over the carpets before you can grab him (at 1:30 in the morning), I highly recommend these guys, or even if you just want your carpet cleaned ;.) read more
