The worse service I have ever experienced in my life.. they work with first American home warranty insurance company.. and let me tell you.. the worse consumer services.. they make their own schedules telling you they will deliver after a certain time than a day before call you telling you hat your delivery is at a totally other time.. they make their own appointments and confirm them as well without The customer ever calling them to confirm.. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITHE CUSTOMER because I was told their business comes first... of course because they have contract with the company they don't care they still get paid.. without their contract their business would be shit... read more

If your home warranty service has contacted this company to deliver something, you are basically screwed, blued and tattooed. There is terrible, there is horrible and then after about 50 layers of crap, you have this company. Weeks ago, my home warranty company decided that my dishwasher had to be replaced so they contracted with A-1. They first came out weeks ago with the dishwasher, they spent all of 5 minutes declaring that the water connection was corroded and had to be replaced, they couldn't do it. My wife's suggested that they leave the new one, take the old one and they could come back AFTER we had line replaced. They said they weren't allowed. So, two weeks later, after having a commercial plumber replace the line, the valve and leaving 3 feet of flexible line at the ready, they came back yesterday after taking HALF day off of work. They finally showed at approx. 3:15 and found out that they hadn't brought out the new dishwasher, they thought it was at my house, are you kidding??!! Gee, I thought that wasn't allowed??? So now, they must come back a THIRD time and either my wife or I must take additional time off. They are the worst! I have been in contact with one of the V.P.s at Fidelity, they said that they were angry and that A-1 had broken every contractual protocol by leaving the house and not contacting Fidelity to inform them that they had not completed job! I told A-1 last night, we are on for Friday and I want to be the last one on schedule no exceptions, no excuses. Since this is our third time out, we should get an exact time. I have been in continual contact with Fidelity so they KNOW the score. Am at the ready now to contact the correct state regulatory agency as well. I recently had to have my washing machine replaced. My home warranty contracted this company to deliver and install my washer. The company called me to set up an appointment for installed. They came promptly within the time frame mentioned. A day later I noticed a pool of water around my washer and contacted the A-1 delivery to come look at the washer that they installed. We set up a time and date. Took the day off of work and waited for the technician to come down and look at the washer. The person never showed up or bothered to call to let me know what was going on. I called again the next day, cause I was upset that they wasted my time waiting for the person and basically wasting a whole day off work for nothing. The manager apologized and stated that he would work with me and told me that they would send someone to my house that was time friendly towards my schedule since, I was stood up the last time. Long story short, the person scheduled to stop by, calls me 30 mins after the agreed upon time and states that he would not be able to stop by cause it's too late and that's past his work shift. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer regarding the problem because their is no way that they could have installed the washer incorrectly. He hung up before I had a chance to respond cause i was clearly upset. Tried calling back, but office shuts down immediately at 5pm and you won't get anyone except an answering machine and no possible way to leave a message. Called the next day, talked to the manager again. He said the driver advised me to contact manufacturer since it's brand new and under warranty. I told him that I needed to know for sure, that it was a defect and not the install before even attempted to contact the manufacturer. The manager assured me that his people (technicians/delivery people) are all good, and their was no way that they could have messed up the install. But since I persisted to have a technician come down to look at it he agreed to send someone over. Finally technician from A-1 delivery came down and looked at the washer. He realized that one of the hoses wasn't tightened properly which caused the leak and not a manufacturers defect like they assumed. Just goes to show you what kind of company A-1 Delivery is. I would not recommend anybody use them as they're customer service is absolutely atrocious. This ordeal lasted 3 weeks to get someone down to look at my washer. read more

I bought a freezer online and it came with free shipping. They called me a day before delivery to confirm when they could drop off. They gave me a delivery window. They came within that delivery window, and the delivery man called me beforehand when he was about 20 minutes out. He put my freezer where I wanted and was polite and friendly the whole time. I'm not sure where the bad reviews come from, but this is my sole experience with them. read more

I had bought appliances from Home Depot & they had Temco Logistics as their third party delivery company. I had a very bad experience with their delivery & installation team that it took more than 2 MONTHS for my appliances to get installed. Unfortunately, one of my appliance had a problem upon installation. GE gave me a replacement. I was dreading the call from Temco delivery. They are stressful to deal with. Fortunately for me, this time a very pleasant lady called me to schedule the delivery. When the delivery team (Adrian & Juan) came, I was super cautious and anxious. I was anticipating the worst because of my previous experience with Temco delivery. A1's Adrian & Juan probably sensed the stress in me & my husband, but they were PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL all throughout the installation process. They came in on time, they wore masks, did not give an attitude when asked to wear foot covers (I got major rolling of the eyes when I asked Temco delivery people to wear foot socks), did their job efficiently & with NO complaints or attitude, took the boxes & trash with them. They seemed like employees from Trader Joe's and Costco - happy to do their job! I am very relieved and pleased GE sent A1 to deliver my appliance replacement. I also would like to commend the lady who called me 2 times to chedule the delivery. She was pleasant to talk to & very clear when she speaks. I had a very good experience with A1! read more

A-1Delivery has got to be one of the worst delivery services out there if you ever order something and it is going to be delivered by them, they give you a window from 1 to 5 count on it to be 1 hour past the window without a call saying they are running late they will call you after the window time I got my call at 6:00pm. read more

If I could give negative stars for this company, I would! I don't know how they stay in business! I was promised delivery between 10-2. My neighbor was kind enough to stay home and wait for them. At 2pm I called and asked where they were. Dispatch could not get ahold of the driver. I called again at 2:45 and was told the same thing. Finally at 3:30 the driver called saying he would be there by 4! Unacceptable! I had to reschedule for 2 days later. I was then told we would be the first delivery between 8-12. Their service STINKS!!! Promised delivery between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. with a call 1/2 hour before arrival. No call received. I have called back three times. The first two times I got a live person and requested an ETA call. No call came. I called back and got their answering machine. The mail box was full. After 5:00 p.m. now. Still waiting! read more

This business is terrible. They called Friday with delivery for Monday between 10-2. At 2:30 called the office and was told she couldn't get ahold of the driver but would have him call me to let me know when. He called at 3:44 saying he'd be here in 30 minutes. At 4:30 called the office and no answer, couldn't leave a message either. Tried calling the driver but no answer either. It is now 5:00 and my whole day wasted. I can't believe this crap. I'll have to say the drivers finally showed up at 6:30 and installed my new washer. They were very apologetic for being so so so late. read more

Negative Stars still wouldn't describe the experience!! First the manufacturer said A1 would call in 24-48 hrs to schedule the delivery, they didn't call for over a week and I finally had to call G.E. again, it still took 3 more days and when they did call late in the afternoon it was for delivery THE NEXT DAY between 10-2. The older balding delivery man tha t showed up was rude and INSULTING! This man even THREATENED me that if I didn't like it he would take my appliance and leave!!!! He was so impossible to deal with that I had to call his supervisor and have him tell the deliver man to do his job. I work from home and had to take a business call during all of this. At this point he stood at my door loudly talking on his phone, I motioned to him that I was on the phone right there at my desk and he got louder, finally I had to close the door to finish the call. This man was truly horrendous to be around let alone in my home! This horrible man had a a delivery partner that I felt really sorry for, poor guy has to deal with him all day!! I tried to call his supervisor again and he declined to take my call. That is the main reason for this review. The supervisor clearly has no plan to do anything about this extremely terrible experience, so I thought people should be warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

I  was contacted a day prior to confirm delivery, I took the day off for a scheduled appointment between 8am to 12 and no show. These people do not deserve to be in business. Today is the 2nd day I have waited for a refrigerator delivery. No Show...and No Phone Call. I called their office....was put on hold for 20-minutes and was told "the driver would call me". I AM STILL WAITING. This is incredible. How are they a delivery company for G.E.?????
