After my second visit I asked for a copy only to be told by a sarcastic office lady that I would be mailed one. That never happened. On my third quarterly visit I was told by the tech that they couldn't treat an garden area next to my home for spiders/bugs because it "wasn't in the contract". He called the office girl, hung up and proceeded to leave. I asked him why he was leaving and he told me he was instructed to leave because the office lady to him to. They felt they could not please me so they were quitting me. The owner (the daddy) made the statement I was told. So, I'm glad to be looking for a more professional pest control company. This, obviously isn't close to being a credible business that I would trust my property or family's health with.
