He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).

B&L always promised to come but never did. Glass Doctor didn't service this area, & that continued part of this frustration. We called Whitman's on a Friday, they came out on Tuesday. Our double pane window problem had turned in to a 3-double pane window problem. They ordered the glass & came in under 2 weeks to replace them. They were always early, polite, skilled. We replaced all 4 of this wall of windows so they matched. (I didn't want the grid in these windows, again). As they were large windows I think pricing was fair & about what we expected. Can't say I compared pricing, as no other company would come. But I will happily use Whitman's for any future glass needs we have.

I refused to accept that, and that's when I got in contact with Kieth. He was very responsive, followed up with me when other companies would not and worked with me to find the best day for him to come out. He gave me a VERY good price that was so much better then what I was offered initially. The best part? When I asked him when he would be here, he was right on time with his ETA and he finished almost exactly when he said he would. I was working from home so I could not come out to greet him but he was willing to interact with my spouse and I got to speak to him after the installation. I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!
