A few days after picking up my truck and preparing to get back on the road, I discovered my headset was missing. The last business that had access to my truck was Jazzy's Tint Shop, so I contacted the owner. He told me he would review the security cameras and speak with the employees to see if the headset had been misplaced and promised to get back to me. After hearing nothing, I called again the next day and received the same response. More than a week has passed, and I have never received a follow-up call, update, or any effort to resolve the issue. To try to locate the headset, my cousin and I drove back to the business. My headset connected to my phone while we were at the location, indicating it was likely still there. Despite this, no one from the business has contacted me or attempted to address the situation. At this point, I have filed a police report. My biggest issue is not only the missing property but also the lack of communication and customer service. When a customer raises a serious concern involving missing personal property, the business should take it seriously and follow through on its promises to investigate and respond. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Update: A police report has been filed regarding the missing headset.

My car had a serious Crater in the windshield, right in my eyeline, that extended clearly to the inside of the window and already showed signs of webbing out, when I mentioned it the attendant said its just glue but when I got home to clean it I realized it's not, the big problem Is that it's quite dangerous and can easily shatter into my face. So now I have to replace the windshield on top of dropping tons of money on a new car. :(

I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
