Called on a Saturday afternoon as I was locked out of my house. Call was picked up immediately and was given a price....my location is approximately 25 miles out of town. Arrived 15 minutes prior to the estimated time and was in my home within five minutes. read more

My elderly father locked himself out on a cold Saturday night. I don't live in the area. Calls to other local locksmiths proved futile. Mason was fricking awesome, drove from Lewiston to Pullman. Kept me posted until he got Dad back in the house. Gave me advice for what to do in future situations with that particular lock. Seriously amazing nice guy!!!! Simply amazing service. I locked myself out of my car in Moscow, ID, and he drove all the way up to help me (Easily 45min-1hr EACH direction), I think even leaving behind his dinner! If I could give a 6 I would, they deserve it! read more

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.
