These guys are amazing! One night our front door deadbolt fell apart. The next morning I went to The Lock Shop but they were closed during normal business hours. I called while sitting in the parking lot and reached the owner who was out on an emergency call. I told him of my predicament and he dispatched his sidekick who met me 10 minutes later and offered to follow me home to repair our door lock. Best place around the area to get a key made! After losing my car key for my 1996 Acura I called around for prices to get it replaced. Everyone else told me it would be at least $200 but Gary was able to give me options and I was able to get two keys from him for $30. Excellent service, and very fast. Highly recommend them. DO NOT!! GO here. I am an Attorney at Law. And this guy messed with the wrong person. I Literally paid Thomas, a month ago. My USAA credit card transaction shows it. Yesterday my wife checked the mail and told me that I should pay my bill. I told her I thought I had. I checked my USAA Bank Credit card history and there it was. I was billed by the Lock Shop North. I called Thomas that night (last night) and he did not respond. I called him tonight and I got a "hello" from a guy from the lock shop. He answered "lock shop after hours". I asked him, "who is this" and he hung up on me. I then texted him, that I was an Attorney at Law and that his billing practices were unethical and I was going to leave bad reviews and contact the Idaho Sec of State. He then texted me, and said that billing questions were for business hours. This is unacceptable. I have a 400k house, and my privacy means the most to me. When I hire a lock smith to come do my lock, I expect the most professional services. LOCKS=SAFETY. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, WHEN I ACCUSE THE BUSINESS OF RIPPING ME OFF. As a lawyer I have an ethical duty to make sure that Thomas did not overbill others, for as long as he has been in business. This guy F'ed with the wrong Lawyer. read more

I made an appointment several days in advance with Thomas at the Lock Shop to rekey the locks on our house based on the stellar reviews he had on Yelp and Google. I did not receive anything close to the same level of service. He did not show up at the scheduled time, so I called him to find out if he was running late. His response was "nope, we no longer have an appointment" because he was busy on another job. He didn't apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. I will not call the Lock Shop the next time I need keys. read more

I was dealing with an emergency lock issue in Pullman Wa, so I decided to call the Pullman Locksmith to see if there was ANYTHING they could do for us, we were impatiently brushed off and told the earliest was the next morning... which we couldn't wait because that would mean leaving our business unlocked during the night... the employee recommended I "call someone else" if I needed someone sooner. I called the Lock Shop in Moscow and I am so happy I did... the gentleman who answered was extremely helpful and accommodating, even though he had a full schedule he understood the bind we were in and offered to work us in ASAP.
