From start to finish this is pretty much seamless. However there are some hiccups. Conversations…read morethat were said to have had had not been had, plans that were altered not added to the plan , which resulted in surprise bills invoices sent to the wrong party for things that weren't ordered but necessary I.e shot crete after rain. Poor communication which was somewhat rectified but is now a farce unless you contact a supervisor directly. Don't get me wrong. My pool looks amazing. There are some things that anger me greatly about the subcontractors that were there that I've discussed with management and hopefully that's fixed. It's just some of that stuff can be tweaked and fixed before it becomes an issue And I understand they do a shit ton of pools throughout the year, but every customer should be A number one, not just the next customer. And this should carry on through service for the at least the first month of free service that's offered for a new pool. I feel deceptive by the Pool service they sent out someone else who is brand new truly I don't believe knows what he's doing, but he thinks that he's doing the best job possible he's getting carried away with the pool poisons for a pool that has a little to know use I've asked them to stop and they don't listen. They have Christine in their office and the customer is never right no matter what you say. You're never right I always thought that when you paid your bills and made request, they would try to keep the customer happy that is not the case

This was making it difficult to keep the pool clear, which makes sense. But I had no idea the pump was shutting off. If he had called me to ask me about this, maybe we could have realized there was a malfunction or something else. And we could have fixed it. But instead, service was cancelled with no warning. And there was multiple weeks in a row without services, prior to informing me he had stop showing up. (I was out of town for 2 weeks, when he decided to stop showing up). So by the time I got his notification that service was cancelled, it was too late. The pool had started to turn green. Really really poor communication. Now I have to pay to have someone else de-green the pool in the middle of pool season. At least now I know the pool pump is broken, and hopefully I can find someone that is willing to fix it, instead of just passive aggressively "blaming" me for turning it off during the week, when that is simply not the case.

DO NOT USE PERFECT POOL!!! The owner Chris is a liar. We contacted perfect pool and spa to refinish…read moreour pool after a fire. Chris claimed he repaired and pressure tested the pool drains. After pouring the concrete deck we found that Chris lied. The pipe for the main drain was missing a 6 foot section of piping. When confronted with these facts Chris stated " We can take it to court." Another incident that all should be awAre of is his employees are not electricians. When the new electrical panels were installed by perfect pool and spa they were installed incorrectly resulting in shorted outlets in the panel. This is after we expanded to Chris we were refinishing our pool due to a traumatic fire. I had to stop contact between my wife and Chris because he was demeaning and told my wife "If you could understand basic concepts then you'd get what I'm explaining to you but you don't." He's unprofessional and a liar. DONT NOT USE PERFECT POOL AND SPA.
