We received 3 bids on our multiple home projects. Let me preface this by saying my boss (whom I trust a great deal) does all of his own home repairs, and gave me a list of 'should-cost', taking into consideration contractor's profit. The first bid we received was priced so ridiculously low, we knew there was no way a quality job could be accomplished at that rate. The second company was more than double my boss's recommendation. Finally we received Stan's bid... SPOT-ON with what my boss said it should cost! Working with Stan was truly a pleasure! His company demonstrated exemplary reliability and timeliness, quality and workmanship, integrity and honesty, and solid communication. On top of that, Stan himself is just a great guy! We truly can't say enough good things about our experience with Stan and OSA. As owners of a very old home, we already know that home repairs will be on-going. We've already decided that we will no longer get quotes the next time we need work done... we're just calling Stan! They were the lowest bid but the red flag should have came when I felt I could smell alcohol on Bob. Maybe it was mouthwash... at 1st the communication was great but once the job was completed but my leak was still not fixed I became a second thought, there was always another job. The owner TJ was actually helpful and professional he did get someone out right away but sadly the leak took 3 more attempts to repair. This went on for over a month... My bill was $1200 but if the repair couldn't be fixed after the 1st attempt $400 would go to a new contract for a full roof replacement of around $8000. I would have been a fool to sign a new contract. Sadly a crew was dispatched a 4th time and thank God one of my security cameras saw their 25ft ladder fall and damage my wife's car. It was like pulling teeth to get my roof fixed and the insurance information to file a claim. One of the supervisors Ricardo came out and he was very apologetic and not only did he repair my roof he produced the information needed for my claim. We need our small and local businesses to succeed and hopefully they will but when it came to my experience with Bob there was no consistency or any level of comfort. As hard working paying customers people deserve more, therefore I would not recommend Aero or use them once I need a roof replacement. Maybe you'll have better luck but your research

Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. When the job was done, I had an issue or two, as I am kinda picky, but I went ahead and paid my balance and hoped they would come back. They did and fixed everything to my total satisfaction. A really good job and very reasonable for the amount of work. I will be going back for more renovations as I can afford.

I selected Hayes as the contractor for basement repairs following a water pipe leak. My homeowners…read morepolicy covered the costs of the repairs, and I wondered if the work would just be the bare minimum necessary to fulfill the insurance policy. I did not need to worry. Hayes was terrific from the initial estimate meeting through project completion. A shout out here to my insurance company, Mutual Benefit, and its Claims Adjuster, Paul Graham. I asked Paul for some recommendations, and Hayes was one of the companies he named. The entire claims process could not have been easier or more professional. They even paid for a company to pack up and securely store off-site all the stuff in the basement while the repairs were made. Jeff Murphy was the Hayes' project manager, and he was terrific - professional, attentive, flexible and polite. So were all of the Hayes employees and subcontractors who worked on the job. I won't name them all, but Thierry, who did much of the carpentry and a couple other jobs, and Axel, who did the painting, were simply wonderful. The old asbestos tile flooring in both the finished and unfinished basement spaces needed to be removed and replaced. Asbestos remediation specialists handled the removal and encapsulation. New vinyl planking went into the finished space, and vinyl composition tiles in the unfinished space. Damaged walls were replaced and painted, and new baseboard installed and painted. Eric from Kelly Plumbing handled the plumbing work, and Carpets by Denny Lee was the flooring subcontractor. I really liked their work too, and Shane at Denny Lee's was very helpful in finding the right flooring choices for the space that fit the budget. The one photo shows the new vinyl plank floor and the repaired wall that suffered significant damage, while the other photo shows the new vinyl tiles and the wall by the clothes dryer that also suffered damage. In closing, Hayes was a wonderful firm with which to do business.

I then sent him a text message and he said he would have something for us within a week. That was a month ago. I still have not heard back from him. This is unfortunate as I hired Hayes Construction Company a few years ago for french drains in the basement and recessed lighting in the living room and, at that time, they were reliable and did good work.

The aging caulk between the coping and concrete was cracking, pulling away from the concrete and badly needed replaced.
