They were so accommodating and gave us an appointment for early the next day!! Sal arrived in a timely manner. He was very cordial and respectful. Right away he assessed the problem with our issue with our entrance/exit door lock. He is very knowledgeable and professional; he had no problems giving us tips on the lock's life expectancy along with responding to any questions we asked. His price was quite reasonable; he didn't try to hike up the price for the job he did, which he completed quickly and completely. If ever we require any more locksmith service, this is the company we would select. I definitely don't recommend these people - especially if you have AAA auto insurance. We got…read morelocked out of our truck in town and needed a new key to be made. The guy said he'd call us back prior to arriving and we planned to discuss payment during that phone call. The guy showed up 20 minutes later in the locksmith truck without calling. Before he had reached our truck, we asked him if they accepted AAA. He said they do not and that it'd cost $125. When we said that we didn't have that kind of money on hand and would have to find another option, he instantly turned around mid-sentence, ignored us entirely and jumped back into his truck. He wouldn't even make eye contact at this point. We tried to apologize for wasting his time (even though this whole thing could've been sorted and avoided if he would've called before arriving). He rolled down his window just enough to say "You won't find anybody else." and drove off with his coworker pointing and laughing at us from the passenger seat. The entire exchange occurred in less than 60 seconds. Luckily, we found the spare key to the truck at home and managed to get things fixed on our own. I get it, some companies accept certain insurances and some do not. That's not my problem. My problem is this guy's attitude. He instantly shifted from helper mode to an ass. We looked up the group and found out that this guy is the head of the business too, which is even more stunning. I'd expect that behavior of a spoiled 15-year-old rookie who didn't get his way, not the boss. It also appears that this business is one of the only - if not the only - locksmith in the entire county. This is truly a shame seeing that any competition would probably run these guys in the ground if they treat their potential customers that way. Again, it's not entirely the company's fault that our insurance isn't covered and that we didn't have the spare $125 on hand for a key. But with a little professionalism, he could've had us sold. But after that callow display of hubris, I'd rather walk home.
