Kim provided exceptional customer service to assist getting a repair appointment scheduled for my Samsung dryer. She ensured that we had an accurate description of the dryer faults and model numbers so that Paul could arrive with the needed parts and be able to repair the dryer the day of appointment. I cant stress enough how much of a relief this was to have it all taken care of in one appointment! Paul is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I talked with him throughout the repair, as he didn't seem to mind. He was able to provide a wealth of knowledge and insider tips to keep my appliances running long into the future. The dryer needed a new heating element, but he checked some other parts that are known to be faulty and got those repaired for me as well. Paul uses quality parts that are actually cheaper than the big name brand parts. An added bonus is that the parts that Paul uses have a much better warranty. Paul's prices are modest compared to competitors, he's faster (repair took less than an hour), and he backs up his work.
