When placing return item on scale and asking to return, employee flat refused to help me. Said self return was behind me and that I had to use it. This is unacceptable business behavior. He simply did not want to do his job. Why are there employees if they refuse to help customers? This is a result of bad attitude, lack of training, and bad management. It should've taken seconds to get in and out, but not with these idiots. They were all too busy scanning boxes lying all over the place. Slow down and organize a little. Focus on customers. The boxes will be there for you to scan between lulls in customer traffic. When I left the line was put the door for no reason. Use some commons sense and focus on the people inside the store first.
