Denny's was extremely prompt and helpful in helping us arrive at a reasonable bid for the project and they also come highly recommended in the area for premium residential home construction and renovations. They use subcontractors for some projects but, the quality control is probably the thing that stands out the most to me. Denny's construction will not allow anything less than premium work and I appreciate that in Beaufort where there are a lot of "I guess it's good enough" guys posing as experts.

We had to point out many issues, including the shower valve and ventilation fans that were installed incorrectly. The quality of the work, particularly the painting, is poor. And he will try to charge you for his mistakes.
