He came in to "fix" the issue, only to leave it with more floorboards that were popping up, not installed correctly, and with water still coming through the door. I reached out to him on the same day to see if he can fix it, and he said that he would. HE NEVER CAME TO FIX THE ISSUE! I sent that message on the 26th of June, and reached out 2 weeks later because he never responded on the exact date of him coming to fix it. He said he needed to get more of the floorboard and reached out to whoever to see if they had more, but said he would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. He would leave us on read and not respond for weeks on end for trying to fix what he messed up. We said that if he didn't come, we'd want a refund, and he assured us that on the 7th of August ( it's been almost 2 months now), that he would come to fix it. We sent a message again to confirm when he was coming and he for sure said on the 7th of August. The 7th of August come and he texts that day saying he can't come again because he has jury duty. He could've told us the day before but didn't! He said he would come on the next day, August 8. August 8 comes and guess what, he didn't come! Court ran over so he couldn't. It has been excuse after excuse with this guy. We told him that we're done. We want a refund because he didn't fix the problem. He also put on our invoice that he bought 2 boxes of the laminate floor, but came to the house with no boxes and used what we had left from installing the floor in the first place. How do we get charged for something he never bought? And if he never bought it, why take the project saying you can fix the problem! I'm telling you, this company is a joke. He ruined our floor, with numerous individuals saying that it looked like he had no idea what he was doing after looking at the finished product. But he won't give a refund back, only for "labor costs" that were never on the invoice from the get go. Save your money, people, because this company will steal it with the quickness and give every excuse to not get it back. If you're in Port Royal, South Carolina, active duty or civilian, stay away.

The delivery of the materials was on time and stacked neatly in a discreet area. The installation crews worked absolutely tirelessly, competing the job in just 2 days. They are skilled, professional, polite and incredibly hard working. The clean up was faultless, as was the communication throughout the entire project. A first class operation. Denny's was extremely prompt and helpful in helping us arrive at a reasonable bid for the project and they also come highly recommended in the area for premium residential home construction and renovations. They use subcontractors for some projects but, the quality control is probably the thing that stands out the most to me. Denny's construction will not allow anything less than premium work and I appreciate that in Beaufort where there are a lot of "I guess it's good enough" guys posing as experts.

Our lanai was installed in 2022. The owner moved out December 2023. We moved in March 2024. Shortly…read moreafter, I found with heavy rains the gutter at the house side of the lanai was overflowing into the lanai itself and flooding it. What was done wrong was, someone short cutted from installing the downspout insert in the gutter on top. It was installed with self tapping screws from underneath the gutter body and a 2" dia. hole was drilled on top. Heavy rains overpower that 2" hole and overflow the gutter. I called them and told them my issue. The drain hole on top is supposed to be punched out to match the downspout insert. The outline for the drain hole is still there, there's a tool to accomplish this but ours was bypassed. The lanai itself was installed beautiful it's just the gutter drain hole was incorrectly installed causing my problem. Three e-mails 4 phone calls plus 2 installers came here and all said the 2" dia hole is good. Well it isn't!!!! I also provided two video's of the gutter overflowing with heavy rain . My issue is closed as far as they are concerned but it was done incorrectly, so if you have a lanai installed don't pay until you inspect the downspout insert!

They were super responsive to what she wanted and made the whole process really easy. The attention to detail was unbelievable and the folks there were so nice and easy to work with. We recently had to sell this house, and it sold in 2 weeks in this current market because everyone locally knows the quality of an H2 home.

That's three times an obligation was not met to repair my roof. My calls and voicemails were unanswered and not replied to and I was not kept up to date when the date mentioned did not work for them. I finally received a call (after submitting a complaint to BBB) telling me they would not be able to repair my roof because they're too busy. Meanwhile, my roof has been leaking two months without repair waiting for these guys. I would've preferred someone tell me two months ago that they were booked and wouldn't be able to repair my roof.
