I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn't work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work. This was exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend this Safelite location to any perspective customers.

After looking online for a glass repair shop they were the cheapest in town and I don't think that has anything to do with the glass quality or workmanship. Each windshield, as far as I know, has to be specific to a make, model, and year. The windshield that was put into my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder is the exact same kind of windshield that they took out. My car looks the exact same way it did when I dropped it off. No trash, no marks, no problems. My windshield wipers were put back on exactly the way that they were before, and everything works just like it did. Now there are a few rules that you have to follow when you get a new windshield, much like caring for a Gremlin. 1st, do not slam your doors for 2 or 3 days, shut them easily. 2nd, do not wash your car for 2 or 3 days. 3rd, do not take the tape off for 2 or 3 days. If you follow these rules and something still happens to your new windshield you're covered as long as you have your receipt for the lifetime of the windshield for repairs, replacements, and defects. Auto Glass Now will be my go to for glass replacement from now on. The ladies in the office were really nice and helpful with all my questions. While it was a little dirty inside, it adds character and does not take away from the quality of service. If anything changes, I will update my review, but I doubt I will have to .
