I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn't work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work.
