Originally called and was scheduled for windshield replacement and thought we were good to go. Got there day of appointment and they didn't have the glass needed so we rescheduled. Was told it would take 3-4 hours, no problem and I opted to stay and wait. Was then told after waiting for approx 3.5 hours that it would take an additional 3-4 hours or I could bring it back on a weekday. I chose a weekend appointment since I am unable to leave during working hours. Decided to uber home and wait the additional 3-4 hours. 20 minutes after I leaving I got a call that my vehicle was ready so I had to uber back. Overall everyone was friendly, it was just frustrating to have already rescheduled after showing, and then having to spend money on 2 Ubers that should have not been needed. read more

* The front of my car has NEW paint from Steve's body shop in shawnee from where a lady pulled out in front of me!! This place did damage to my 94 classic canary yellow mustang GT. Refused to take accountability or responsibility like a "legit" business. They said "because my car is 27 years old" that it's ok to do this to it, and that it already has "paint missing". I know every dent & scratch but these people think for some reason since it's a 27-year-old car it's OK to add a few more paint chips to it, Nothing was sealed back properly & all I got were sorry excuses , "well theres already a chip there" " the car is old " is that how you care for other people's cars ? I've been using Quintero's for several years now. Great people who work very efficiently. I've had them repair chips in windshields and replace entire windshields. They always are reliable and I'm waited on at my appointment time and turned very quickly. On this particular day, I had a couple of new chips in my windshield on my Honda Odyssey. Within just a couple of minutes the technician came back to to inform me that they were not really "chipped", rather just "nicked" meaning there's no threat of them spreading. They could have easily taken advantage of me and "repaired" them and charged me. Instead, they were honest and saved me that money. read more
