Not only did he replace the outlet, but he noticed that the wiring was the wrong gauge (8 instead of 6), and that the wires were wrapped with the wrong casing and not wrapped all the way back to the box and the cover was for a dryer outlet. He left and got the extra stuff needed. Cut the sheetrock to make sure the outlet was snug and after working, HE vacuumed all the residue stuff on the floor (even tho my garage wasn't the tidiest) Courteous, Conscientous and competent! I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. At 10:30am, no one has shown up and I have received no calls. I called the office and was told my technician called in sick over the weekend, BUT they got a sub. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". After about 10 minutes Mr Olsen called back and INFORMED me that the tech was "not going to be able to make it today" and we would have to reschedule. I don't think so. I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OLSEN.
