We've been with Paragon Pest one year. Had them since moving into our home. Terrific service. They always answer the phone. They've come out on special calls. Treat inside and out plus rodent stuff (extra) if you need it. Hector was our tech today. Helpful and very knowledgeable about stuff from mosquitos to possums. Our neighbors have had ant problems but we do not thanks largely to continued service we think. Reasonable price grateful customer service. And the bugs are dead! read more

The techs were fine and the service was fine. I paid extra to get extra treatments that were important to me (they didn't work). My real issue is the pestering to confirm appointments. As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated. read more

So far, still good! From my previous review, no new rodents or guests in the attic, no new noises. I've checked around and Paragon does offer a very competitive price for good, quality work. All of their technicians are all so nice as well. Now that it's getting warmer, let's see how the mosquito service that I requested works! It seemed to be successful at the end of summer last year, so I'm hopeful that all of the treatments will prevent this mosquito season from being productive. read more

Very disappointed! After moving into our new place, we waited a couple months to start pest control with Paragon because of all the great reviews. I am on a quarterly plan and had my last service on 2/3/26. When I called to inquire today, 5/19/26, about my next service, I was told that I was scheduled for 5/29/26. That's an additional 3 weeks from the quarterly period contracted. Meanwhile, I'm finding spiders in my kids beds, and they're waking up with spider bites. Instead of saying let me see when we could get someone out there, the rep was adamant that this was the way their scheduling system works. read more

Paragon treated our house for termites. We had three different companies send out reps to give us estimates. The rep that Paragon sent out, Adam Wilmes, was the one that I had the most confidence in being honest with us. He made good eye contact with both my husband and me and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He also was very knowledgable about termites and told us that the ones that we had were the least aggressive so we more than likely did not have any damage in the walls, etc. He put me at ease concerning the situation. For my initial service, Logan was the technician who came out. He actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine by me and a nice surprise. Logan was just as professional and friendly as Rachel. On top of all of that, Paragon is more affordable than my previous pest control company, that outright didn't work. I am truly impressed with this company's customer support. I contacted them overnight while at work and when I woke up they got back to me. After talking to them thru chat on yelp I found out that there isn't much that they or anyone else could do for my current situation and just needed to hold still for now. What's most impressive is they could have sent someone out and tried to charge me something or sell me something I didn't need but instead just talked to me thru chat and saved me money by not having anyone come out.
