Have come here to get sod occasionally over the years bot professionally and personally. The price for each piece of sod is $1.00. My place of employment used them because they had the best prices and best quality sod. I also priced at Home Depot and they wanted something like $2.00/piece for some brown wilted junk. My little car only holds a few pieces so I park at the sod pallet and run inside. The guys inside are nice and funny and they accept credit cards. They'll give you a receipt. Just stand outside with receipt in view and there is a super nice Spanish guy with an arm--sleeve who will help you out. The stuff can get pretty dirty so you can ask for a sheet of plastic/visqueen to put down in your trunk. The hours are really good - open 7-days per week and closing at 4:00pm on Sunday. read more

When we drove up the place it did not look all that impressive. We went into the office and what we assumed was the owner came out and did not have much to say. He pointed us to a young Hispanic woman who appeared to be overworked, but who ended up being very pleasant and knowledgeable. We told her what we were looking for in regards to types of plants and she quickly narrowed down our thoughts to three or four different options. We then went to look at the plants. They all appeared to be healthy and well cared for. The pricing was extremely Competitive. The same young lady did come over to help us load, she's absolutely amazing! We went back a week or so later for additional plants, we were happy with the quality and the pricing for sure. This time the owner was a little more talkative. We will go back again in the future, just don't let the owner make you feel like you don't need to spend your money there. read more

Don't expect service I had called on Wednesday morning to place an order for 3 pallets of sod to be delivered for Friday morning. The lady who took the order said it would be no problem and it would be there by noon. Come Friday morning I didn't hear from AAA all morning so finally at 12:30 I called to see about the status and I got a response if let me check on it and call you back. At 2:30, after hearing nothing back I called again and got the response of it should be to you within the hour. At 3:30 with still no sod I called again and was placed on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I called back again and got voicemail. Finally after calling back 5 time before they closed at 5 pm I was given excuses if we had a truck break down yesterday, there are lots of customers at the store and the sod truck was late. Finally at 530 I get a call from the driver telling me he will be there with my order. I kept getting the run around from the employees. I had a crew come out to lay the sod with the expectation of having sod at my house by noon. All I got from the employees was what do you want me to do about it? Buyer beware. Subpar product does not stand behind what they sell!!! Purchased 4 pallets of St Augustine and had it installed by one of their crews. Install was fine, issue was with the sod it was poor quality low grade St Augustine. Found out later after spending a few hundred dollars that the sod was full of weeds, mushrooms and pests. Called owner (Mike) of AAA of course he blamed me said I overwatered then I didn't water enough said it was shade from a tree etc. You get the picture. He would not come to home to look at yard NEVER offered to do anything to make it right. I have since had to replace almost 90% of the crap sod. Will never do business with AAA again. read more

Spoke with Eric Gordon 1 (561) 968-5105 on May 18, 2017, requesting delivery and installation of 4 (four) pallets of St. Augustine Palmetto sod for Friday, May 26, 2017. We agreed on the price and terms. Followed up with phone call 2 days prior to install date and the very morning of Friday, May 26, 2017. Eric Gordon assured me - we are all good, on schedule. As of Friday, May 26, 2017 - no show, no sod, no phone call... After me calling them again, turns out my order is never to be found. Eric is unavailable and I was promised the call back... So, will I recommend them? No, no and no. Be aware and stay away from them. read more

Do not hire this company, they are not reliable. I hired AAA after getting a quote from the owner, Eric Gordon, he sent a crew to work on the project and they did not finish because they ran out of sod and stones, so the head of the team asked me for a check and said that he is coming early the next day to finish. I gave him a check and that was the last I've heard from them. I called Eric Gordon multiple times, he promised to send someone back twice and after that he just ignores my phone calls. The project is unfinished, the check is cashed and there is no place for people like this in business. Beware, they will steal your money and will not do the job. read more

Complete joke of a company We called every day for over a week to get a status of when our 7 pallets of sod would be delivered & installed. Finally on Monday 9/21 we were told it would be Wednesday 9/23/15. Took off of work to coordinate and called that morning and the office had no record of us ever ordering anything. Not Impressed! Don't say you haven't been WARNED! The people that work for the owner are a reflection of his poor attitude, bad business manners and scheming ways. We visited this store based on ratings. In search of a Palm tree, we asked 3 employees about the cost and installation of 3 individual trees and they all quoted the same price- $581 great! We tagged the tree, paid for the service and arranged installation directly with the owner Eric Gordon. On the day of install, the crew didn't show up and didn't call. When we called the office, we were told the cost would be $2000 more because they all made a mistake on the sale of the service. Unbelievably, the owner stated he would not honor the contract, but agreed to deliver and installation a different tree-- guess what- the owner reneged in that too then stopped answering our messages. We needed the tree to satisfy the requirement of our hoa. What a disgrace it's been dealing with AAA- just shameful. read more

Update my eureka palms are still surviving so the old saying you get what you pay for is true. They were cheap at $5 each but they are growing slowly. I found a much better garden place A ONE GARDEN SHOP....1950 "A" Road, Loxahatchee, FL 561-784-7153...the gal Monique knows her stuff. She has so much knowledge on plants....so many varieties ...grand dukes, yesterday today and tomorrow (careful on these they are very poisonous to dogs and cats) so I planted mine in front away from my pet. I am also told they take over so I planted in planters. All the plants here are healthy, reasonable price and the other side of plants are so many cement gorgeous stones, tables, this place in the BEST AROUND. I live near downtown Lake Worth and it only takes me 30 minutes to the best garden center I have found...ps some of these plants are sold at Lowes double the price so it is worth the trip read more

I ordered sod from these guys. It was explicitly stated that they would replace any sod that died that was their fault. 10% of the side died making my yard look like a speckled pup. After half dozen phone calls with no call back, I went they are, and was eventually able to speak to the owner or manager who was in the back office. After being assured that my sod would be replaced and I will be getting a phone call soon, it never happened. Horrible customer service. Lots of lies. Never again! read more

Funny, I called a place by me in Delray Beach called Delray Sod & Trucking at 561 739 9980 which I found on Google which was closer to me in Delray Beach but the place didn't exist. When they pick up the phone they say "AAA". I ask is this Delray Sod? He says to me "No", I bought that phone number years ago. That should have been a Red Flag for me but I guess that's not illegal so I give them a chance anyway and he tells me where they are located in West Lake Worth (SOD Father in Delray was closer and Much Better). I'm a Home Owner that was at the end of my budget and never worked with SOD before. When I got to AAA on a Saturday, they had some pallets in the back that seemed kind of Dry to me. I questioned the Hi Lo driver about it and he told me it was fine just to make sure that I watered it right away. Now like I said, I never did this before and I trusted them thinking it would be fine. I had 2 areas to do in the front and back yard and I was only able to cover all of the front yard. The SOD I bought (St. Augustine) was mostly Brown with little Green, but I'm thinking it will be okay with water. So I go back there on Monday to buy another pallet and they were waiting for a shipment to come in. They said it would be 30 min till it got there but I waited an hour and finally left and headed over to the SOD Father in West Delray Beach where they had plenty of fresh GREEN SOD available. I really wish I had gone there in the first place. And, believe me, I'm just a customer and have No other association with them. A couple of weeks goes by, I'm doing whatever needs to be done with maintenance but the front yard just keeps getting worse and the back yard still looks great. I really wish I could post some photos on here just to show you. Well anyway, In a calm manner, I call them at AAA hoping they could give me some advice or to be as kind and to do the RIGHT thing and replace it. When I speak to the guy(who sounds like a real WEASEL, by the way)... I tell him that I've done all I can and gave it plenty of water,  when he jumps down my throat right away telling me "You're giving it too much water". Now how does he know How Much water I've given it AND in the back yard after its Rained for Days the Grass has done nothing but really grow I said I picked it up on a Saturday and I don't know if the shipment came in on Monday...And gain he jumps in "We get shipments 3 times a week". So I proceeded to tell this Weasel that I bought SOD elsewhere and I've had No problem with that...Again he jumps in "Well that new SOD infected mine". Wrong, one is in the "Front Yard", which was yours and the other was put in the "Back Yard" so they had no connection. He had that know it all attitude...couldn't tell him anything! Like I said, I called in a calm manner looking for advice and possibly to replace it. I could tell this weasel has been through this before with other customers the way he immediately got defensive and had an answer for everything. If they were smart, they should have just did the right thing and give me a fresh batch. It should have been a great finishing touch to a place that I put quality work and my heart into. Now I'm broke and trying to sell a property that otherwise looks great with a crappy looking front lawn...Thanks AAA...you SUCK!! I really didn't want to spend my time writing all of this but if I could avoid this happening to another hard working/honest person then so be it.
