This company is amazing!!! I highly reccomend them!! I first dealt with another company that wasn't reliable. When I finally looked up a quote online it was way more expensive than what I was willing to spend. That is when I called this company. I spoke with Jim and got a quote right away! So I brought my car here to get my window fix for a leak paid $100 for it and it still leaking.... the owner and the guy that help me was really great... but I wanted to know what I paid that $100 for when it still leaking. They were excellent in making a real appointment verses other windshield repair places giving you a 4/5 hour window. They arrived a half hour early (which was fine with me) and had the windshield out, new one in, in fifteen minutes flat. They are the ones who answer their phones verses talking to a operator who passes along your information. I liked that because they knew what they were talking about for any questions I had. My windshield had a huge crack in it and I was searching around for a place that could help me out with a replacement. I knew very well how much of a pain this process could be but I was so happy how the staff were so kind in getting my insurance information. It makes a big difference when they are nice and know what they are talking about. I wanted to get the glass done asap and they did just that. It didn't take long at all for them to get it installed and they came right to my work so it didnt interfere with my daily schedule. Corey was the name of the person I spoke with. He is also the owner. He took care of everything on the insurance end of things and the very next day he replaced my windshield without any hassle and gave me some great advice on some good mechanics in the area and a good place to get my car detailed. He was a great business man and made the process so easy and seamless. He gave me so many tips and options, ask him about anything, if he didn't know it he knew someone who could help. He explained what was up with the weather stripping on my car, and he was just very helpful. I don't know all that much about cars so it was nice to get some honest advice.
