I took my kia to this place for the first time and I am very happy with the work they did! Highly recommend. In addition to getting the damage to my door fixed, the car was spotless on the inside, and they even fixed the visor which had the hook fall off previously. It was sitting in the well in the front waiting for me to get around to try to fix it. They screwed it back in. Also, they turned on the lane change sensor which I didnt even know I had, and the USB port now lights up too. Can't recommend this place. The owner is a nice guy and talks like Adam Sandler and stuff but I'm not happy with the work. I wish I never signed off on it. I know new paint will never match the original but mine isn't even close. It looks like it wasn't blended with my bumper cover. I don't know anything about body work or paint but thats what I was told. I wish I never got it fixed. The scratches and dent looked better. He also never painted my sideskirt which he should have since the whole side of my car was done. He did offer to do it when I picked it up but that would be a big hassle. I brought my 2012 jetta there to have bumper and headlights replaced got it back lights were cockeyed so brought back asked to adjust got an attitude they adjusted them but then my bumper was hanging off he told me that's how these things go together what you want from me so I went to have bumper checked out myself the brackets to hold bumper on were on the wrong side of the car and broken I brought it to him and showed him he said what you want me to do how was I suppose to know they were broken I didn't fix it then he said should I have checked your brakes to so clearly he wasn't gonna make it right and repair it so it cost me an additional 110 dollars in broken brackets and 250 in labor to have my vw mechanic fix it properly just thought everyone should know beware if you don't like something he does he will give you an attitude and then send you off not repairing his half as$ed job you can see 9n the pics thays the new driver side bracket and the broken passenger side that was on the driver side read more

I'm going to start off by saying I am incredibly picky when it comes to work done on my car. This is my second time coming back and I'm glad I did! The first time I had work done to my car was due to a large piece of a tractor trailer tire hitting the front end of my car on I-495 during May 2013. It caused serious cosmetic damage to the entire front end of my car. Dale, who is the owner, explained every step of the process to me, what he's going to do, what the insurance company is going to do, and how long the process will take. The job was completed within a week and a half after dropping my car off and my car was back to looking perfect! Dale also mentioned that if I ever brought my car back due to another accident, to let him know of any other issues so he could check them out and possibly fix them (I'll get to this later). The second time I came back was due to an accident I was involved in Cape Cod with an SUV. It wasn't pretty, but at least the damage was purely cosmetic. Again, Dale explained the entire process to me and notified me of the work he was going to do. Since the job was rather large, it took approximately 2 weeks to complete after the initial drop off. Dale and his crew have done an outstanding job on working on my car. It literally looks perfect, I'm amazed on the attention to detail. Side Note: A day after I dropped my car off, I called Dale and shamelessly mentioned that two years ago he said he would try to fix additional problems related to my car if I ever brought it back. Without any hesitation he asked what he could look into. I asked Dale if he could fix on my car the set of aftermarket HID fog lights that weren't working and an aftermarket grille that was riddled with rock chips and had a decent scratch mark. I called back a week later asking how the process was going, and Dale had one of his crew members take a look at the fog lights. Sure enough, they saw that the connections were corroded and the fuse had been blown. Dale told me he was going to fix the fog lights and told me the process in which he was going to use to fix them. He also told me that they were going to repaint the grille. Both of these were done for me at no charge!!! I HAVE WORKING FOG LIGHTS!! WOOO!!!! AND a freshly painted grille that looks superb!!! Oh yeah, the massive dents, starches, and tire marks from the accident on my car are gone too. Dale and his crew have done an amazing job on my car! I'm going to post pictures as soon as I can. From someone who spends way too much time working on their own car and nearly worshipping it, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs. read more

Dale and his team did an outstanding job on my car. I brought it in for a fairly minor collision repair. Dale explained the available options and recommended the best course. He repaired the existing fender, rather than replacing it with the substandard version that the Insurance company had on their estimate. He managed the additional costs directly with the insurance company. The repairs were completed on schedule and the results were perfect. The car looks 100% better than it did, before the accident. Most of the imperfections that had been accumulated during the previous 5 years of New England driving were buffed out and my 2011 vehicle is almost as good as new. I called Insurance Collision Specialist on a Saturday in January, after I had an accident due to a particularly icy road in NH. They are a recommended repair shop of my insurance company, were the first to pick up the phone on Saturday, and were willing to go tow my car from NH to their shop in Lowell that day. They worked with the insurance company for me to get everything in my car fixed. They did some extra work that my car needed prior to the accident as well. My car came back to me looking perfect... washed, detailed, painted, driving perfectly, with no sign of prior damage. I have no complaints on the work they did. Paul was great to work with and was very good about calling me back. My car was ready several days after the original estimate, but (as is always true with collision damage and ordering parts) things took longer than expected (filed 2 supplementals!).
