It is the only taxi service in Williamson/Franklin County! Bless her heart, after she picked me up she had one more to get...didn't stop there! Her phone never stopped ringing the whole time! Don't know how she does it, yes she does have to turn a few down for the simple fact she's full up! She works first for the hospital and their patients such as I who was taken by ambulance. I've flown with this airline twice, the…read morefirst time there was a maintenance delay, which resulted in us sitting in the airport for 10 HOURS! I missed my connecting flight and I had to buy a hotel room for the evening because there were no more flights available. After spending $500 booking a new flight and a hotel room, I called customer service to see if I could be reimbursed... long story short, no, I couldn't because I didn't book my connecting flight through them. Fast forward 2 weeks (Now), I have a flight home for Christmas through Contour airlines. I just received a text message stating that there's ANOTHER DELAY, which is causing the same issue all over again! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and just take the train. This airline is unreliable and you will be inconvenienced just like me.

TSA is super fast and they were very pleasant to talk too. They will measure your baggage and ask your weight for safety reasons. It's a tiny plane. Pretend like your have a private plane lol cuz it's super slow. I like how Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois honor veterans with artifacts. You need to make sure you are here by boarding time. There is ample parking space and it is free. Baggage: the connecting flight was different and somewhat difficult. If you are doing a connecting flight and can not get 2 hours between them it may be less of a hassle to bring a book bag only. I was closed to not making it but I did thankfully! I would recommend but be mindful. We had to take a shuttle and that took more time as well.

I know people say to take it out but we're not touching someone else's personal items. This place charges sales tax but I'm not sure why... no other campground in Illinois has charged us tax of any kind. We've asked at other campgrounds about this and they say that tax isn't charged for tent or rv sites but is charged for cabins as they are considered regular lodging. This place says that they are required to charge it but something doesn't seem right about that (not in Illinois anyway).

After the wedding, I had lost my camera in the bus. THE NEXT DAY I was on the phone with Roger West and the good people of Illinois Central School Bus returned my camera good as new! I was so happy I hadn't lost all the pictures from the wedding and they didn't even charge me for shipping. Great, honest, people to work with I couldn't of asked for a better experience.
