They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route. I personally contacted the owner and he informed me that they are not able to fix the bumper as she re-damaged again and it is not included under warranty. The owner charged $400.00 (second time around), and the vehicle still had damage to the paneling. I inquired as to why my daughter's vehicle was not completely repaired, Ray became hostile and said that we only paid for a certain part to be repaired. My daughter spent approximately $2,500.00 dollars total for a bumper that has not been repaired. Unfortunately, this issue has escalated and we have no choice but to file a civil claim so that we can get this issue resolved. As a mother of a young daughter who is the owner of the vehicle, the entire situation has been disheartening and frustrating for her.
