Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

The dealer said it needs to be towed in, so I thought I'd try Armando again. Another terrific experience - he had a driver here within 20 minutes. Not as a promise, as an actual driver with an actual tow truck. 30 minutes of fussing with this car that wouldn't be moved and Armando had it wrestled onto his truck and safely on its way to Tesla. He could have raked us over the coals for how difficult this way, but as last time, I have to thank him for being so fair and so fast - Florida Best really is exactly that!!

I had a very disturbing experience with this tow company after being dispatched to me through a 911…read morecall. My car overheated on I-95, and because I was blocking traffic, a tow truck was sent to assist me. I had already been sitting in my car for about 45 minutes in cold temperatures. When the driver arrived, I asked if I could sit in the tow truck while my car was being hooked up due to the cold. He refused, which I respected, assuming it was company policy. Once we were on the way to my home, the driver exited the freeway at the wrong exit. I calmly asked if he had the correct address. At that point, he pulled over and became verbally aggressive, telling me I was "starting to piss him off" and then stating he was going to "drop my ass off right here." I was in an emergency situation and completely dependent on a tow truck that had been dispatched through law enforcement. Being cursed at and threatened with abandonment on the side of the road made me feel extremely unsafe and scared. I later contacted the tow truck dispatch to report the incident. The dispatcher I spoke with was kind, understanding, and compassionate, and I felt validated and reassured during that call. My concern is solely with the driver's conduct, which I believe was unprofessional, inappropriate, and dangerous. No one in an emergency situation should ever be made to feel this way.
