The guy that came to my house, Michael, drilled a new hole in my $2,000 hurricane impact door without asking me permission, when I was standing only 10 feet away from him. I must stress that my only grievance with them is that I was NOT asked my permission or input on whether I wanted another hole in my door. I believe I should have been asked first and given the option of either fitting this lock by drilling a new hole or by getting a new lock that would fit the already factory drilled holes. When I said this to Michael, his response to me was: "I thought you knew that this lock as all locks are different (in store I was told differently) and most of my other customers would be happy for me to do this" Really!!!!!
