We used Alpha Lock for new locks on the house. We are happy with the final results but had to go back and forth with the company on the little details that we were very clear on from the beginning. What we originally had requested was not apparent the day of installation. So we had to compromise. Something that should have been standard (what style of locks to bring - appointment time, etc)by the number of positive reviews on yelp and by their online presence was not at all our experience. I'd advise anyone who uses this company to get all the details and estimate on paper before going forward. read more

We talked about solutions and he gave me a frank assessment of how to solve my problem, laying out several options and the most cost effective way to implement without trying to sell me anything. I recently had the unfortunate event of being locked out of my vehicle and of course I had to contact a locksmith. I had very bad experience with this company. I explained my situation was quoted one price upon arrival the gentleman had no idea why i was quoted that price and charged me a lot more. I tried to explain and he was very rude, sarcastic and intimidating towards me. He made me feel since I am woman, I must not know what i am speaking about. We hired Alpha Lock to change the locks on our new home. They were extremely friendly and had great communication, but the process took a long time. My husband had to take time off of work to go meet the locksmith, and after two hours had to leave to return to work. Luckily my mother in law was able to stay the rest of the time, but I'm sure most people cannot do this. read more

I couldn't have had a better experience with this company. I had several locks replaced when I purchased a new house. The owner is extremely respectful and you can tell he's not out trying to make a quick buck and he really cares about the integrity of his company. They are able to come out to your home whenever youre available and are clean and efficient. They even installed a bedroom door Knob and lock for free. I had used this company back in May 2015 to replace a broken lock and they did a good job, however, the lock broke (March 2016) and I call them to repair it. They said they would be over the next day at 9 am and never showed up. After two calls to voicemail, still no callback and they never showed up. Had to hire another company to fix the lock. Very disappointing. Will not use them again. read more
