We got off to rocky start but Adrian made it right in the end. The scope of work was all done over the phone as we don't live at the property full time. I had some serious storm damage to my place in the Prescott Country Club subdivision. I received 5 estimates and Adrian's gave me what I felt was the best solution to my landscape damage and a reasonable price. I live out of state and rent my property so I relied on Adrian's to do good work without my supervision. I recently had my first opportunity to physically see the work that they had done and was very impressed. My renters said that all the workers were very respectful of them and access to the driveway and the final job was excellent. We recently moved to Prescott valley so on our list of priority to-do's landscaping was one as our back yard was dirt and close to a half an acre! We contacted three landscaping companies (1) High Desert, took measurements and never got back to us when she said ( Terry Bradshaw) and to top it off never returned phone calls.(2) Yardfather, talked with (George) was coming out on a Thursday, never showed up or phone call to boot. (3) zebrascapes came out measured back yard said would come back following day with estimate, no show no phone call, let a few days pass called company they apologized said they would get back by the end of the day, well that didn't happen either. Our neighbor was using Adrian's Landscaping they were pleased with his work,so we spoke with him, got a estimate day after measuring, showed up when said work would begin (wow) had very nice employees, checked in to check progress daily very hands on. I had changed a few things and Adrian was open to these changes with out a problem. Our yard was finished within the contract and we're pleased with this business and our yard. read more

I found Adrian rude and full of himself. I received quotes from 6 other companies and found his to be on the higher end. The bottom line as to why I did not use him was because of his pompous attitude. He made it sound like he was "doing me a favor" if I used his services. Before I moved to Prescott Valley I was looking into having my landscaping done. I signed a contract for Adrian to do it, but changed my mind in less than 24 hours thinking the estimate was too high. He told me he had already ordered everything and it was too late to cancel. He said I would have to pay 20% or $5000 if I went with someone else. I found someone that did it for half of Adrian's quote but he still charged me the $5000. Seems a little unethical. read more

Adrian is full of himself and bossy, kept on interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted. He was condescending and insinuated I was lazy because I asked him if he could remove my big rock and relay landscaping cloth and he said, "What are you doing all day long? you can do it at a section at a time, what are you lazy?" not knowing I have fractured my back five times and I have severe osteoporosis. He gave me a quote and told me if I did not sign a contract with him now he would raise the price by one thousand dollars. He bragged how good of a landscaper he was and I found him rude. Adrian you are not the only landscaper that does a good job and if you continue to treat your potential customers like you did me you will be without work in no time. read more

Although Adrian came to house to give me a quote the day after I called, he was condescending, rude & didn't listen to a thing I wanted. He just kept wanting to put pavers & walkways everywhere. I showed him a picture of what I wanted in my backyard & he was more interested in removing my block wall to get equipment in & putting pavers next to HVAC unit for trashcans which I didn't even want. He kept saying that this was a hard job. When I asked about plants that I wanted, he said he could plant some but it would be extra. After giving me a price of almost $20,000, I told him I wasn't interested. I went with a well known company instead for not even a third of Adrian's price & love the result. Would not use this company. If he didn't want the job he should be just said so & not wasted either of our time. read more
