Scary! don't stop in this place. RUN away! they sold us a lemon two months ago. Been broke down almost weekly. They don't help in any way. they don't care for the customers. The car left us in the highway, stuck, not moving. We took the car the dealer. They said that even thou the car has so many problems since day one, is not their problem and we are bad customers. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should at least offer some help, repair costs or return part of the deposit. Something. But no! After spending two, hot, frustrating days searching for a truck that we needed ASAP, we discovered A-Affordable. I can only review the buying process as of now since we just got home with our new truck, but I'll say this. The next time I need a vehicle, I'll be going there first. Robert was honest, up front, accommodating, knowledgeable friendly, and helpful! And NOT your "typical used car salesman." I have been to new dealerships and used, and he's by far the best agent I've dealt with. There was another guy working there who was super nice, helpful, and down to earth as well. I feel like we got a decent vehicle, for a fair price, that is manageable, and not once did I get the feeling we were being played or lied to, just for a sale. Oh, and it was FAST! This place is the BEST place to get a vehicle. Especially if no one else will help you. They work with you and, personally, am blessed that I got my vehicle with them. Just paid off my car, which is a relief, and they helped me more than imaginable, at times, I struggled to make my payment. Since my last review I have traded my car for something better, newer and it hasn't given me any issues... The girl Sara doesn't work there anymore so the customer service has gone up 100%!!! Robert and Zach have been really great to work with since. Can't complain now I have an average car, over-priced but it's what you get buying in house!!! read more
