Very upset Grandma! My granddaughter bought her vehicle from Clear Choice only 2 months ago . the car stopped on her on the highway while going to work . Had her car tolled to her mechanic shop and was told her the engine needs to be replaced 3,000.!! We contacted Clear choice and they gave her the run around until she was told they cannot // will not do anything about it !!!! Going to Clear Choice Automotive was BY FAR the easiest car buying process I have ever had at any dealer. This includes the test drive, negotiation and time for paper work. I was in and out in less than in hour to include enough time to use the bathroom, have a free water and get a full test drive with a full inspection of the vehicle. Ive had experiences where I've sat in the waiting room for close to an hour just for the salesman to get the 'paper work ready'. It took them less than 5 minutes to gather all the papers. Adam was very helpful and very accommodating. He was transparent, providing carfax reports even before I had asked about them. All the numbers were written out line by line in front of me with the owner. No sneaky numbers being hidden and everything was explained. Time in was about 10AM and out a little bit after 11AM keys in hand and papers signed. read more

Clear Choice is the best option in your automotive hunt. We purchased my wife's vehicle used several years ago from Clear Choice along with a third-party extended warranty. Our initial experience with Clear Choice was great and smooth all around. They were very willing to make us feel as comfortable as possible with all the information we asked for as well as things we should have. Fast forward a couple years and our vehicle needed extended warranty service. Working with the third-party warranty company and our repair shop we ran into a few snags. We called up Jason who we originally worked with on the car, explained everything, and he jumped right in to help resolve what he could. In the end both Jason and Jon who don't necessarily deal with the warranty stuff themselves went out of their way to speak with the warranty company and smooth out the issues very quickly so we could continue getting the repairs on our vehicle. It's stuff like that you can really appreciate when wading through the used car market and to have that type of service behind you is excellent. It makes choosing Clear Choice over other businesses easy. We're looking forward to working with them on our next car purchase! read more

They had a truck my girlfriend and I wanted to buy. Apparently the credit application I filled out showed up as "incomplete". This was about 16 hours later. I filled it out again. Then they said I could call them and they would fill it out. I did so at 4:54pm. After 25 minutes they called me to tell me the truck had been sold earlier in the afternoon. Why even bother taking my information? I guess they thought they would still get our business after dragging their feet and selling the truck to someone else. Well, after writing a one-star review one of the owners called us to apologize, to tell us that the salesman was sent home, and if there was anything he could do to earn back our trust he would like to know what that was. So, three stars: great service at the beginning, shady in the middle, but great at the end. We should see if we purchase from them or not. read more
