They took great pains to protect all of our gardens and considerable foliage by wetting them down first and then carefully moving their hoses to protect the vegetation. They did a beautiful job! We had one minor issue and brought it to the attention of the owner who responded immediately and took care of it. This company does great work in their field, but possibly even more valuable is their commitment to excellent customer service. In 2023 that is treasured and especially so for its rarity. The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.

We needed some work done promptly, and he was able to get us in his schedule quickly-- he was also more than fair about pricing, and if I could have paid him more for the work he did, I would have because it exceeded expectations. We needed a concrete driveway's cracks filled in, and a lamp post removed and electricity capped in the front yard. He put his heart into taking care of these issues for us, and kept communication open throughout the project. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
