On Tuesday January 17, 2017 at 9:30am, I was greeted by both you and your husband Dennis in the front yard. The roof was very steep and it was wet from the recent rain. Dennis walked with me across the front yard pointing out where large sections of the roof were sliding out, talked to me about some roof leaks and I pointed out some other areas of concern that I saw. It was quite apparent that the roof needed to be replaced. Dennis told me about the Lawsuit against State Farm that had been awarded for replacing the roof for the Hurricane Ike Storm damage back on September 13, 2008 (over 8-years ago). Dennis told me "we got the money, but for now, we just want to repair it". Honestly, we didn't feel comfortable doing any work on the property after our visit and that's why we didn't provide a bid to do business!!! Best regards, Michael Tate
