The solar folks put me in touch with Siobhan and SLM, and she came out right away to check things out. Over the course of the next few weeks, she and her team helped me work through dealings with the insurance and solar company. I had to do hardly anything, and it was great. I could never have done this repair on my own. They were very honest and up front. I wanted upgraded shingles and did not press them on me. Even helped me balance the cost for value. I felt good about investing in upgrades that I wanted, not those that are pushed by some companies. Tyler and his team came out and replaced the whole roof - a BIG roof - in one day. At first, I thought it wasn't possible. But the team was huge. And skilled. The new roof looks great. It's much better than the original. And much better quality. They cleaned up well and have been in touch after the service, working with me and the solar company to reinstall my panels. Overall, I was very happy. I don't know if they are the cheapest. It has been pretty dry in Houston the last few months, but we finally got a couple of drenching rains over the last weekend. I'm pleased to report that, as best we can tell, his repairs did the trick and we have not experienced any rain/water coming through the ceiling. What a relief! Looking forward to having our ceiling repaired and keeping the outside weather outside. Thank you, Michael, for sticking with us to solve this problem.
