The name alone deserves 5 stars--Park'er Here? The lot is clean, secure, and super easy to get in and out of (which is more than I can say for parallel parking downtown). The staff is friendly and actually remembers who you are--rare these days! My boat's been chilling here like it's on vacation, and I have zero complaints.

Only once did the email say that he found a piece of someone's rv in the lot for people to contact him if they want him to personally check theirs. We signed on the spot. Needing the use of their truck, we set a day/time to pick it up. We hired someone to do the actual moving, and he showed up at the appointed time. No one was there and the office remained locked up...most all day. We lost between 3-4 hours while we came up with plan B, which involved renting a U-Haul truck. The assistant manager called today to ask if we still needed the truck. Uh, no. She offered no reason why she was not on duty when she should have been. Nor did she offer to reimburse the price of the truck we had to rent because of their mistake. As I said earlier, their facilities are top notch, and ease of use is excellent. However, going forward, we will remain wary of their customer service promises. As a new customer, we are really not impressed.
