Greg finished the job and was supposed to come back and finish a few parts of the job that his team didn't do correctly (loose decking, broken fence post, incorrect light fixtures). However he just vanished and stopped responding to all my texts and emails. I hope everything is ok and it is sad if they actually did go out of business, but the way greg handled this was cowardly and highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed and feel that he took advantage of us.

We spoke with them…read moredirectly regarding missing materials that were never provided with our order, and they stated they could not offer any reimbursement or resolution for the inconvenience. On top of that, they expected us to drive back to the original location for the missing materials, even though our job site was over an hour away. We politely asked if we could pick up the materials at a different location closer to the project, but they refused and offered absolutely no compromise or assistance. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service overall. As contractors, we rely on suppliers to be dependable and willing to work with customers when issues happen. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here.

He came out quickly to estimate on the spot and followed up regularly. Always showed up early and stayed pretty late getting all my new stuff in. Willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations on the various things i was wanting to do. The installation took a few days and came out great with everything planted with care and excellent plants. He even went to another nursery to get the exact plant i needed when it wasn't available at the wholesaler. Great job overall and I'll probably contact him again for another area of the yard.
