I opted not to get my dresses cleaned as I was trying to keep it budget friendly. There is no way to confirm prices as they aren't listed. When I returned to pick up the items, the same woman said that the overalls were actually $11 and charged me. Since she already cleaned them, there was nothing I could do. But she had looked me in the eye three days before and told me a different price. Essentially, she lied. She examined the pieces beforehand, quoted me a price, and then didn't honor her quote. When I protested, she said other customers she charged $12, but for me, she charged $11, which doesn't make sense bc I saw her one time and I know I'm special and all, but it's not like we hit it off and she wanted to give me a discount. It wasn't that vibe. As for the quality, I have only worn one of the sweaters since and it doesn't seem very clean. It is pressed but it still has a lot of pet hair on it which is why I took it in. Overall, I am very disappointed with my first dry-cleaning experience in NC. Hopefully, I will find a more trustworthy business.

When I confronted the owner, he flat-out denied everything and ran away from his responsibility like a coward--no apology, no compensation, just pure negligence. If you have valuable or high-quality clothing, do NOT bring it here unless you want it destroyed! To make matters worse, they are not even BBB members, meaning you have no real way to hold them accountable. They know exactly how to get away with ruining your clothes without paying a dime. And trust me, who knows what they're really doing with your clothes? For all we know, they could be sending them somewhere else and cleaning them with thousands of other people's dirty laundry. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. A business that destroys customers' clothing and refuses to be accountable does not deserve to operate.
