I ask for a rounded fade, they leave a square shape. I ask for a 1 and get taken down to a 0. They also turn you away from the mirror so you can't see what's being done until it's too late. Also, the price of a fade has doubled recently. Disappointing. Update After Business Replied: I'm honestly not sure if the response below is referencing a different customer, because several of the details described are not what happened during my visit. This review was never based on one haircut. I have given this shop four separate chances over the years, and each time I have left unhappy with the haircut. That repeated experience is exactly why I ultimately decided to leave a review. This last haircut, was poor quality like the others and not what I asked for. I also want to correct the statement about pricing. I have been coming here periodically for the past few years, including as recently as April 2026, and I consistently paid approximately $20 for a neckline fade. That service is now $50. So the statement that the pricing has remained the same for over a year does not match my experience.
