At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. But when a customer calls to talk to you about a negative experience they're having with your company and that your staff has been snippy, the right response isn't to play the victim and accuse the customer of X, Y, Z. Honestly, at the end of the day, this business operates like a total joke. If you don't value your time, by all means, give them your business.
